Nick We LOVE You , you even take time to show every body's flags read there letters after a hard days work you are the Energizer Bunny bet you never stop!

I worked by Kowalskis North Denver take off spot at Hires rootbeer bottling plant I drove a 70 RT Charger about the same time as the movie was filmed too, Those were fantastic muscle car days! Thanks Nick!
Nick. you are absolutely right about the need for power steering with a rimblow wheel. I have manual steering on my 70 R/T with a rimblow and I'm always beeping the horn inadvertantly because I'm squeezing the wheel with 2 hands whenever I make a turn. My first project this spring is to convert to power steering.
Dr . Nick,a fast story,my Pop got a car that the horn did not work,so I went to his house with my tools looked at all the wire's,as I sat in the car I was holding the wheel,I got mad and squeezed the wheel and viola, and I must say Dr. Nick, all of us THANK YOU,stay warm. p.s. love that shirt.
Now that the Godfather has been established I want to see Vasili as Luca Brasi. Lol. Congratulations Indy Auto aka Nick's Garage on 10 million views...keep up the great content and 20 million is right around the corner! Kowalski 2019 baby!
Another Great video again. It would be just great if it could be possible to Nick make a full time video of Kowalski project. I can't wait until she'll be ready, as many of us can't. Greetings to all of Nick's team.
Congratulations on 10,000,000 views Nick!! These TH-cam videos are fantastic and very informative for most of us but also just awesome to watch how you dyno engines and problem solve anything that comes your way. As always we look forward to the next video 👍🏼
I love how you want it to be exactly like Kowalski's! That is how I would want it to be. Right down to the correct gas cap and not the flip up door, as when you see the old guy putting in the gas. I see so many with the door. It will be awesome when it is done.
Wow just simply wow Nick The Mopar Professor you got a fix for everything, but guess it comes with age and knowledge aye! Good to see Vasili doing it the right way for his Lady too!
I love working and driving my vintage mopars : 1965 dodge dart 2door post car and my 1982 dodge D-150 short bed truck .As always love the show love the Mopars and Nick you rock ! I also wanted to say thanks to all the people behind the scenes for making the show possible for us viewers even the mechanics that work in the shop as well . Nick have you ever though of starting a apprenticeship program for young kids to keep theses vehicles going ? I guess I missed the mailing address to send you stuff?
nick i love your videos, i watch all the time maybe one day i will get enough money to build the car of my dreams if i do, you will be building my engine. because you the man nick.
I think the AAR cars had a tighter steering gearbox - this Challenger here - l don't know...& I like the regular lifters with the spinning pushrods...all the best to you and your crew in 2019 - I'll be tuned in
Thanks Nick; love your videos, after watching this video today I feel more like family than than a fan. I get emotional listening to the stories that go with the flags, great way of making your Patrons feel part of the experience. Thanks for sharing your life as the GOD FATHER of MOPAR PERFORMANCE. Can't wait to see the KOWALSKI come together. I agree with power steering and power disc brakes you have to be safe and both these upgrades are justified. Bob Abreu South Dakota
Cool channel, and like it that they feature lots of mopar content on here👍🏼. Nick really knows his stuff and is a sharp guy, with lots of knowledge in his mind. B Mason is another really good one and is a really smart fellow with all cars but mostly Mopar as well. He does mopar chat live once a week, and then runs his Hellcat on the weekends live as well. Yep you guys should check him out sometime, and the channel name again is B. Mason
happy to see somebody sent a Louisiana flag for a change . when I go back to the Philippines this year I will get you a flag , unless you have one already .
Hey Nick, I am pretty sure kowalski had a console, you can just see the top with the lock when he's copping the speed in the beginning. Beautiful dream car!
Wally World. You sure? I watched the film many times and it shows that when Kowalski changes gears you see no console. Let's be sure we are talking about the original film of 1971. Thanks for watching.
@@nickpanaritis4122 Hey Nick, from what I have read the producer "borrowed' 4 alpine white 7o challengers from dodge. 3 were 440 4spd, and 1 was a 383 auto.I agree almost all the "shifting" scene's there is no console. In the beginning outside the bar when he gets his "speed" there is a quick shot of the console. This is common in movies that use multiple "hero" cars.KOWALSKI LIVES!
Bob Silver. Bob, I do not have anything special with diecasts. Sure, I do have many little ones, But then again, I have been receiving Vanishing Point diecasts lately. But like you said, I will just go through some of them on video one day. Thanks for watching.
If you're running power steering you can use hydro boost to the brakes instead of the big vacuum booster. Maybe that deviates too far from factory, but it's almost invisible and plenty of brake boost.
Is there anything Nick doesn't do the right way?! My father used to sprinkle cinnamon on his donuts as well. Again, there's no school like the old school! Nick is living proof that old guys rule!

Nick, when you were talking about power brakes, I recall an episode where you did brake work on a client's car. Many people in the comments were mentioning the value of at least upgrading to front discs, or even power brakes. But one person said that he had manual brakes on a similar car and that it stopped just fine. Another replied, sure it will, but you'll be driving in traffic with cars that can stop on a dime and return 8 cents. Good reason to power up.
Power brakes should really be known as power assisted brakes because the brake effort applied at the disc or drum is the same. The booster makes it easier to apply the brakes.
I had a 1963 Belvedere with the 440 wedge motor in it, that had the single cylinder master cylinder and drum brakes all around I put a new master cylinder on it new wheels cylinders new brake new Hardware new drums and new bearings and that car stopped as comparable to a power brake car... As long as the brakes were kept adjusted.. which back in that day you maintain your car every time you rotated your tires you would inspect and adjust your brakes.... Izzy
One of the many great things about Mopars is that back in the days of drum brakes, Mopars used 11 X 3 in brakes, which were good for at least 1 or 2 panic stops before fade set in. Generic Motors, on the other hand, used 9 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch brakes on their so called muscle cars.
