New Edition is the greatest group to ever live. No group has ever did what they did. Not even the Jackson. Without Mike no Jackson. New edition keeps it going. The three background singers are just as successful as the three lead singers

That's not really true if you want to go by success. The greatest group would be The Beatles. They all had solo careers as well. Two of them had great solo careers while the other two had modest success. If you want to talk about black groups...than I would agree as far as the other members have some success as solo artists. To be fair as far as The Jacksons are concerned...Jermaine Jackson and Michael were about even as far as solo success until Thriller came out. Thriller changed everything for Michael.
