@@dougpullins1215 you guys need to do your research. Cam only ls1 gas been 9s. Bolt on ls1 has been 10.6. These times are old and I'm sure can be improved upon. My own bolt on ls6 street car went 10.7@130ish. A friends bolt on c6 ls3 went 10.5@132. Both had plenty of room to grow. Neither was gutted, neither had race brakes, both had full exhaust no open x bs.
Still to run 10’s with that little bit done is quite impressive. We used to have to stroke the old Fox 3’s and add power adders to touch 10’s.. These newer Mustangs pack insane power
Thanks for the amazing tuning support PBD. If it was easy like people say, everyone would do it. Takes all the right parts and the right team to go this quick or quicker in these cars - this is just scratching the surface. Stay tuned.
@@rfor7471 This is just a normal GT with some engine mods and slicks. There is nothing special about it. If my car would have to look like that to do a 10.3 i would honestly be super disappointed. Sure if it was a 9 car i would look a lot better. Not much skill involved either in this one.
@AutoGamesNation Personal preference, race class, etc. Also, no belt slip, pulley changes, extreme heat soak/under hood heat, no $10-$15,000 spent to run low 10s to mid 9s during the winter/spring and then half a second or more slower the other 6 months of the year.
Badass N/A Coyote!
Hot damn, nothing sounds better than a built N/A motor.
Lucas Arthurs truth!!! 💪🚀
I wonder what the car weighs!? Very impressive
Damn, car rolls out!! That trap speed is insane!! 🚀🏎
That’s incredible
How much does it weigh???
amazing work
What converter (stall rpm)?
2nd gear leave?
Cars weight?
Nice work ⛽️💴
Beast!
WOW!
16lbs of boost and holy shit!!🤘
You’re missing the point if you’re thinking boost.
@@christophermorales1509 My bad... I meant 16lbs of boost and HOLY SHIT!! Ya feel me?
AWESOME 👍👍👍
Great video Ford power forever baby
Impressive
Refreshing seeing a NA car! Bet with a 100 shot it would go 9.8x easy enough.
Are these custom grinded cams from comps cams or off the shelf cams ?
beast..
8500 rpm shift points FTW!!
Yep. 8800 Friday. :)
Damn 👍
How does that huge tube header work on a 302 normally aspirated motor? Awesome runs. 👍
thinking you need smaller headers on an NA setup to 'preserve torque' is old school thinking.
5.0 is moving
What stage cams?
Bad ass
What rpm your stalling it to ?
Crazy they still chasing cam only ls1 times.
Bring the baddest "cam only" LS1 to Bradenton tomorrow. Be happy to run it.
HioSSilver1999 where are you seeing cam only ls1s run mid 10s lmao 11.50s maybe.
Cam only LS1 meaning no car with it.

Wow! Rolls out with just a few mods.
"just a few" and still as expensive as all get out
Considering you are starting with a brand new car, this project isn't for the budget minded.

@@blackonefifty meh only has cams and regular bolt ons along side a intake.
When was this run?
April 26 at 8:15PM. DA = +1600ft
Should be close to a record? Low tens and over 130mph.
Steeda has gone 9.90's with more MPH but they're well on the way.
Is this a manual or auto trans? That first second seemed like a manual shift
Err, did you not see the mod list saying a Circle-D converter lol...
Miatacrosser 10 Speed auto
What power numbers did the car put down
This combo wasn't tuned on the dyno. 500+ I'm sure
Palm
Any weight reduction?
Has to
Pretty sure I’ve seen BMR post the weight at like 3360 or so and that was before the tubular k and aluminum driveshaft and aerospace brakes went in.
whats the shift pointS?
8500

It doesn't say in the list, but it's got a transbrake yeah?
Steven Gyoles no it has a circle-d torque converter with a 4,000rpm stall.
Cool.
Is the light in the bottom of the bumper a reverse light?
It comes on during staging and made it look like it had a transbrake.
It does have a transbrake.
Lund got this 10 speed dialed in
Let me just buy an new Gt500 and do that stock with a lot of comfort
Anddddd your car would be nothing special with 0 skill involved

Right... so you would spend 140k to go 10.7, be the same as every GT500 out there and supercharged mustang. Not many NA mustangs in the low 10s
@@rfor7471 That's like 60k over sticker. They costed brand new 80k and could do 10.4's.
@@0WhyNot3 ok, go try and find one for 80k and get back to me. You'd also still be slower and its supercharged.
Very cool. But I don’t understand NA guys. All that time and money for a mid 10.
You can get into 10s for less than 10k on an 18+ gt for sure
