Play Arts Kai Halo 2 Master Chief by Square Enix. I think they have a newer Infinite version that's much cheaper now.

Both figures are from the Square Enix Play Arts Kai brand. This particular version of Chief is based on his Halo 2 Anniversary appearance. I ordered him from amazon back in 2014. I don't believe he is in circulation anymore, unfortunately. There's a new one based on Infinite that isn't nearly as expensive (1000$ on ebay for mine now), but is still pretty pricey. (150$ for Infinite).
