*OUTDATED* Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: Super Forms Mod!

- It's been a while since my last video...
...anyway, this is an expanded version of It's Easy Actually's awesome Super Hedgehogs mod for Sonic Adventure 2, now made especially for Sonic Adventure 2: Battle! Just like Super Hedgehogs, it changes Sonic and Shadow's models, textures and animations to Super Sonic and Super Shadow, but also changes all other characters to their super forms, including the 2-player battle characters!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Extract SA2 Mod Loader files to game directory.
2) Extract the mod folder into the newly-installed "mods" folder in the directory.
3) Open the mod loader program.
4) Check off "SA2: Super Edition" in the list on the "Mods" tab.
5) Click "Install Loader" and launch the game.
6) IT'S OVER 9,000!!!

It's very invigorating to go into city escape and just practice some fun tricks like a curve bounce or upwards homing attack

For those of you that says the "mmph" sound was from Rouge, if any of you actually played the game, you would know that it was actually the sea turtle doing that sound in distress from the robots pointing gunfire to it.

Now if only we could make the super forms have their own stats.
So probably for sonic and shadow, 50% more jump height, 50% more speed, double acceleration, and immune to damage.
Tails and Eggman, double acceleration, 50% more speed, take half damage, recover twice as much health from rings and chaos drives and longer air time when hovering.
Knuckles and Rouge, damage proof, faster glide and climb, and X ray mode for the master emerald shard/Chaos emerald that you are searching for.
Just concept stats. ^^;

It probably would've been harder to do, but it would've been cool if Metal's Super Form was the form he took in Sonic Heroes before he transformed into Neo Metal Sonic.
You do realize that form IS called neo metal sonic, what you refer to as neo metal in this comment is metal madness/overlord.
Rouge just looked wrong.
Becuase of her yellow hands? that a glove and hair error. if you paint rouge's hair pink, her hands will be pink, if you paint Blue, the gloves will be blue.
Her hands (and her hair) are light green, not yellow. And she doesn't look like Super Rouge, she looks like Original the Character.
Even if you put Yellow i't will be Light green.

Awesome! Could we get some of these mods or the two-player characters in the story cutscenes? Or have two-player mode in the story segments?

2. Super chaos looks like he's made of piss.
I can’t see how Perfect Chaos would be able to run through City Escape, considering the fact that he’s literally made up of the flooded waters of a demolished city. With the inability to edit models, this was the best I could do.
Also, Perfect Chaos uses the negative power of the Chaos Emeralds, like Dark Sonic, so with the positive power, he could literally be anything.
Wow, that negative power thing was a pretty deus x makina thing in adventure 1, but here I guess it makes sense...

I wonder what would happen if you found a way to edit the super sonic boost-like fly mechanic from the final boss into this mod? I wonder what could be done with it.
I also wonder about the concept of hyper forms. Each hyper form has a cool ability, as far i know at least.

tails has the five flickies, and I have no idea what knuckles does. I wonder if it's possible to do something like that but EVERY character as something interesting to offer?

seeing this makes me sad that they didn't actually put super sonic in the game, but come to think of it.. this game was one of the rare ones that we didn't collect chaos emeralds as the good guys? (i know there was that rouge stole 3 mission) but they usually had already found them

in watching this, it makes me miss the trick ramps that sonic had in city escape. That just added a real touch of flavor in just playing as sonic.
I kinda wish shadow's was like a series of just front flips; like shadow, considering he was serious and not at all jovial like sonic, would probably do something like that.
The main thing I got from this is you can destroy the planes in Radical Highway.
Then you’d get a lot more out of the update to this. Planes get destroyed and much more.

The only 'Super form mods' for SA2 are this one, and one that makes it so you play as Final boss gameplay. with flying and all.

ElectroNuke Mods it was one of them called ssjb kaioken sonic and ssjb shadow and there was another one that was the hyper forms of them but mostly anytime I try to use the mods or the mod loader it sends me to the original game with no edits
There's a tutorial in the description. You install it the same way you do with this one.

Never. Unless a script that allows you to change characters in-game is released in the future. SADX was going to have the feature to transform into Super Sonic once Super Sonic's story is complete, but was removed prior to the game's completion. The Super Sonic mod simply brought back the feature.

So in every video i see on the SA2 Mod Loader, the 1-Ups look fine, but for me instead of displaying the character in question it just shows "1-Up" in the capsule, doesn't matter what mods are being used. anyone know how to fix? Also is there a way to set Shadow's homing attack sound back to what it normally is before installing the mod loader, because it sounds like he's sneezing.

Entendi. Existe uma maneira de instalar o mod Super Hedgehogs para a versão GameCube, mas todos os mods que eu faço vídeos são para a versão PC. Eu usei o mod no emulador Dolphin, mas nunca no meu console físico.

That was called the light attack, or the light speed attack. You unlock it by collecting the Ancient Light in Sky Rail. Metal Sonic at 24:08 shows the exact location.

In the description, there's a link to the original mod by the modder It's Easy Actually. There's a version that can be used with Dolphin. Most other mods can't, though.

Models are very hard to mod in the Adventure series. They’re easier for games like Lost World and Generations. You can ask someone to try adding Neo Metal Sonic in, but I can’t guarantee they’ll be able to.

Sadly, all there really is is MainMemory's Super Sonic mod. No transforming like in SADX.

It's sort of a cross between Super Sonic's gold and Super Shadow's white-gold. Sort of a muted yellowish.
The sad thing about this is that all forms are not yellow and some are very different like tails and knuckles other colors or not change at all just flashy with super powered supporter's,
Except that Knuckles is light pink and Tails is a light shade of yellow. I agree, some variety might be nice. I might consider remaking the whole thing some day...
