Tomorrow I will tow the line at CIM, targeting a 3:15 and my first BQ at age 46. We are a capable of way more than we think is possible. While trying to fully recover from my eating disorder, I struggle with tracking calories on a OMAD diet, but as a runner tying to become more hybrid I really want to stop tracking and eat more frequently, as it is ruining my training and recovery. Do you have any tips on going from tracking to more Intuitive eating?

Yeah you are good. I ran about 12-15 a week on average.
