Nine years ago, at mile 19 of my 4th or 5th marathon I hit the wall hard. I struggled on to finish in about 4:30, but I remember at mile 19 thinking that my dream of breaking 4 hours in the marathon was literally impossible. Tomorrow I will tow the line at CIM, targeting a 3:15 and my first BQ at age 46. We are a capable of way more than we think is possible. Put in the work, trust the process, be amazed at what you can do. Thanks for the inspiration Nick.
Inspiring, I hit 4:30 on the dot my first as well and hit that same wall. My second I did even worse, but realize I need to take it way more seriously.
This has been your most impressive build yet. So much faster and easier than I’ve ever seen you do. I’m predicting sub 2:40 but there is no question you’re getting under 2:45
"How someone does one thing is the way they do everything". I've been using that saying for many years. Stands up to scrutiny every time. Hits hard in this context. Let's gooooo!!!!
Got back into running and your content has been purely motivation to push myself. Tan a 5K today and met my goal of sub 9 minute mile splits. Did it in the rain. Man did I push myself and glad I did.
Greetings from South Africa! Your channel and your journey have been major contributors to my own journey. As I have looked to build up towards ultra marathons, and the future hope of competing in Iron Man, alongside bodybuilding, I have, and continue to draw major encouragement from what you do and in particular, your mindset. The world needs more athletes and humans like you. All the best for your sub 2:45 today. Go One More
Your way of training Nick made me pick up running during this past summer. Now I'm running my first marathon in Stockholm on June 1. You're an inspiration for sure!
Best of luck. I totally agree w8th everything you said. More people need to keep themselves accountable and have a goal in life. Go and smash that time. Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺
This video is a game-changer! It's not just about motivation; it's a blueprint for success. Time to take massive action and transform our lives. Who's in?
Yup. I needed this!!!! I have a 40 mile trail race on Saturday. Thanks Nick and BPN team. Rock raccoon 2025 here I come. It’s going to be here before I know it.
Love this message and awesome content. While trying to fully recover from my eating disorder, I struggle with tracking calories on a OMAD diet, but as a runner tying to become more hybrid I really want to stop tracking and eat more frequently, as it is ruining my training and recovery. Do you have any tips on going from tracking to more Intuitive eating?
Hey nick, could you share your spotify msusic list for running? Great video, gotta tell you when i run , while im suffering, i got you in my mind , i mean this videos, and help me keep pushing until the goal for that workout is achieved.
I had a very very experienced runner tell me the hay was in the barn about 3 weeks before my marathon and that I just needed to get to to the race without getting hurt and finish strong
I needed this! I run my first ever official half marathon today! And the hay is definitely in the barn! I’m ready more than ever now! Thank you sir 🙏 You’ve got this🙌🏼🫶🏼
Your whole community is running with you today Nick! Thinking of you today during this race. Don’t go one more (minute) over 2:45! Haha go one less today brother! 😅

So serious. The hay is in the barn. The food is in the refrigerator. The coffee is in the cup. The clothes are in the closet. The rake and the lawnmower are in the toolshed. That is what is required to do your job.
