    pleasee PLEASEEEE don't attempt these kind of diets, eating under 1200kcal a day is not recommended, even though you lose weight fast, when you eat normally again you're going to gain it all back! If you want to lose weight go on a calorie deficit, you can still eat your favourite foods and lose those pounds or kg, eat more protein, don't starve yourself!!!
    Especially when you exercise, food is FUEL
    I'm not attacking nitang, all of her food looks great but not enough for adults, everyone's body is different so you shouldn't have to follow what others are doing. 1200kcal is the recommended intake of a toddler!

    the foods look amazing, but you definitely should eat more. I’ve been struggling with eating more because I’m scared, but I’m getting there. I noticed that in the second day, you didn’t eat lunch, although you had apples with peanut butter. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner is important, because you’re giving your body energy that it needs. You can’t sit on diet your whole life. Food is fuel ❤️

      Yeah but I've noticed as I've changed my diet that protein is really filling so I am not hungry as much. Maybe that's the case here idk

    I don't wanna sound rough but I highly recommend not to follow this kind of diet, do NOT take inspiration. In the beginning, it could seem like it is actually working and you could lose weight but if you keep doing this to your body which is called UNDEREATING I am sure you gonna face very serious health problems like losing periods, hair and much worse things. To lose weight you don't have to starve yourself. These foods really look incredible but absolutely not enough for a grown-up person.

    Great recipes, however, I feel like I have to say this to people who will see this video and my comment, 1000 calories is NOT a healthy range for ANYONE to lose weight. No matter how tall you are and what is your starting weight this is not enough for your organs to function properly. If u do this long term it can be really dangerous and mess up your health a lot, so please be careful with these types of diets. Please try adjusting the recipes for your individual needs after calculating your calorie needs, there are plenty of calculators out there that can help you with choosing the best number for you, and please!! do not try very low-calorie diets, they might seem to work, but what they do is they make you lose weight too fast since your body is literally starving and trying their best not to die, it also slows down your metabolism meaning after your diet you will gain it all back cause the body wants to be prepared if there is another time of this starvation period. Weight aside, this is really bad for your organs, brain, lungs, digestive system, and all sorts of things, so PLEASE, be careful. Take care!!

      well im always eating max. 500 calories when im making a diet. yes, im rly unhealthy and i dont like to drink a lot too.

      I eat 300-400 calories a day, that’s my diet and I’m fine, today I ate 0 and nothing happened

    Your video is sweet and the dishes look really good, but I am sorry, *1000 CALORIES A DAY ARE FOR A TODDLER/small kid* and not a grown woman. I have your weight and height and I eat more calories, even though I don't have a good metabolism. And everyone supporting this also supports EDs in my opinion.

      Heyy, if you're struggling with food like of any kind. I would strongly suggest NOT TO FOLLOW THIS OR ANY OTHER SUCH DIET. you'll lose weight but it'll be temporary ONLY AND YOU'LL NOT ONLY GAIN THAT BACK BUT EVEN MORE. it's been a year of me with anorexia and such videos were what really fueled that mindset. Sweetie, dieting is not the key. Allow yourself to eat whatever whenever and respect the hunger cues. U could add wholesome foods but this diet is NOT SUSTAINABLE AT ALL. I've been in this place and I wouldn't even wish my enemy to go thru smth like this. Take care of yourself. You r so much more than just a body. The way we look is the least interesting thing Abt us. Much love

    I think this is kinda a big portion. Because i only eat 1 slices bread with avocado and protein shakefor breakfast. for lunch i eat small portion of rice and vegetables. and sweet potato and protein shake for dinner.

      You can't target weight loss though. There are possibilities to shape or tone it (certain work outs) but in its not possible to target one specific place!

      Được chứ em, bth mọi ng thích bánh mì đen hơn vì trong bánh mì đen chứa nhiều khoáng chất và ít đường hơn bánh mì trắng, nhưng về cơ bản thì 2 loại này lượng calo không chênh nhau, có khi bánh mì đen còn nhiều calo hơn
