    Thấy c ăn chill thật sự. T cũng ở bên Đức, ăn ko hẳn là theo chế độ eatclean, t cũng chỉ ăn sao cho calo in < calo out thôi. Nhưng ko biết c có giống t ko, t cũng ăn r tập khá chăm( 5-6 buổi/ tuần) vừa giảm đc gần 1 kg mà chỉ vì 1 2 bữa do cheat day hoặc có party nên ăn quá đà. Hôm sau đứng lên cân thì bao nhiêu động lực tiêu tan hết á 😓 con đường gầy thì lâu mà béo thì nhanh thật

    Mình cũng đang trong quá trình giảm cân và hiện tại cân nặng của mình đúng bằng bạn, mình theo công thức giảm cân của bạn và giảm khá hiệu quả rồi. Chúng mình cùng nhau cố gắng đạt mục tiêu nhé, mục tiêu của mình cũng là 46 - 47 kg nè

    Thịt băm bạn ướp với bột bắp, 1 trứng/lòng trắng trứng, 1 ít Breadcrums, đam bảo nấu ra sẽ mềm,moiz ko quá khô cứng ko quá mềm nhão. ( cũng với cách này bạn có thế làm pasta meatballs chuẩn! Hay làm vn xíu mại, American meatloaf)
    (P/s: mình hay ăn với white egg liquid -ít calo lại có protein/lòng trắng tốt hơn lòng đỏ nhá)

    Tui cứ đi Hà Nội thì giảm đc xíu cân xong mỗi lần về quê lại tăng lại ~~

    When I wake up the first thing I do is eat breakfast wich is 1: Sugar free whole wheat or grain bread 2: Sugar free, Lactose free, Low fat soy milk. 3: Plain Greek yogurt. My diet.

    For breakfast I would have Weet Bix with bananas and blue berries. My Weight Goal is for 65kg, a good weight for me. Anything beyond 60kg is bad.

    không ngờ là ăn trứng chiên với thịt bò xào vậy cũng giảm được cân ý.Mình không dám ăn xíu dầu mỡ nào luôn,mì tránh xa,thấy bạn ăn ngon mà vẫn giảm được thì thần kì thật ấy

    ive been dieting but i seem to not loss weight, i did loss a few kgs but now its really slow or not losing at all, any advice?? Im at 54kgs right now and i want to get down to 50kg.

      I'm not an expert but I can tell you that you have to eat whatever you eat without salt and drink a lot of water if you wanna lose fast I think you can eat something like yogurt with something else in the morning and if you eat later you will eat before 6 and after 6 you won't eat anything I hope that helped you

      @@esma04girl it worked for me but if it doesn’t work on you you can do something like that. For example you can eat yogurt with a fruit for breakfast , for lunch some salad with protein and for dinner you can eat something light like a fruit, egg with veggies ,salad or some walnuts . And salt do fluid retention so it’s better to do not put on your food. You can put some oil but just a little and if you want to eat something different like pasta make sure to just eat like half plate and some salad. I hope this helped you. (And I will say again I’m not an expert but I hope I helped you)

    Ah so cool! But you know…. I prefer to eat 250-350 calories meals, and then eat 3 (normal min. 250 calories) meals at a day ,I think that is healthier than eating 2 big meals ,and one snack 🙇🏻‍♀️

      750-1050 calories is way less than you should be consuming! As a general rule no one should never eat below 1200 calories as eating below it would mean that we wouldn't be meeting our body's BMR ( the minimum amount of calories our body needs to survive). This in turn would lower our metabolism making eating in a caloric deficit less effective as that deficit would no longer be as big
