Hard to be worried about a couple bearings when you picked it up for $100 and you've broken it in half and cobbled it back together.
Great video, love the big band soundtrack. I was doing a disc brake conversion on my 83 110cc today and noticed the axle can rock up and down to an alarming degree, I'm guessing it needs these bearing ....no problems or warning signs otherwise. Wouldn't hurt to go through all this and the chain system anyway on a 33 year old trike. Nice tires btw ;)
+S R thanks S R . ya this 110 is my favorite. the song is the archer cartoon outro song. i hope that ur axle isnt damaged. ivehad some that have rode on bad bearing so much that it has ruined the axle. idle like to do the disc conversion tho front brakes and a 200x front end would be nice. thanks for watchn and commentin . hope it helped.
George Mack inspect every link in the chain . there should be a masterlink . clean the chain if its real dirty as that can make the master link look like every other link . also try loosing the chain and rollin the chain off if you can get it that loose . good luck man thanks for watchn
Probably not. 100 dollar bet it is the brakes. Mud and water gets in there then it will set and the brake pads will swell up . Try loosening the brakes at the brake lever arm at the axle . See if it will move if not then its gonna take some wd40 and elbow grease . Remove axle and brake cover and take ur time. DO NOT PRY BAR THE BRAKE DRUM . THE WILL BREAK EASY AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. Use a lil heat if u have to. U can use a 40 propane torch. Good luck. Thanks for watchn
thanks man. but hey i still havent replaced these bearings. once u repack the cheaps with good grease the last twice as long . but im sure if u bought some nice ones and did the same they would last that much longer. but with a 110 theirs not alot of heavy dutyness goin on anyhow. :} thanks for watchn.
