    To those who have chronic nerve pain, another thing you can do is to eliminate the use of canola (rapeseed) oil. It does attack the myelin sheath of nerves, particularly in higher dosages.

    I've been taking Benfotiamine for about three months for neuropathy pain in my ankles and it has been helping ease the intensity of the stinging. The shocks still occur pretty much as often as they did before I started taking the Benfotiamine, but they're only half as painful as they were back then, I've been taking twice the dosage that is recommended on the bottle.

      The only shoes I can wear now are Rockport sandals. I had to get a Dr's note to wear them at work. They support like a sneaker but is a sandal so that helps avoid when your feet are burning like they are in hot lava. Also the texture doesn't cause pain and make the burning worse, and nothing is going across my toes, especially my pinky toe which has recently started really bothering me. I'm so afraid that soon I won't be able to wear even these. And of that happens I won't be able to work, much less go anywhere. 😢

It’s hard to sleep and for a year now it finally went to my neck. I was fused With hard ware L4-S1. Now C5 and C6 have 2 bone spurs for a year SEVERELY pressing my spine. Last year the Dr.(that did my 3rd surgery ) said to watch it yearly. My wrist to fingers and ankle to toes fall asleep when I sit or try to sleep. Why do I keep getting bone spurs? I don’t eat dairy . I only talk of peripheral neuropathy, but what’s the difference with radicular? I have been addicted to nicotine gum for over 20 years and chew constantly. Can that cause neuropathy? I do eat healthy and do take most of the vitamins u say. I live in Florida. Can u help with severe radicular?. Where ru located? Can u help if I come to see u?. Ty

    Have had a ventricular arrthymia and severe neuropathy since being taken off benzos cold turkey after 28 years (horrible protracted withdrawal). I avoid doctors like the plague, but was having shortness of breath and lightheadedness, so went to cardiologist. Was told i needed statins, told her i wont take them again (used to take them with intense muscle pain). Was told my LDL was 200 and i was a walking heart attack. Was told that keto diet was the worst diet for my health and that i should avoid all fats. I wondered if she knew she was lying or honestly thought this BS. Doctors are crooks. But i was told my shortness of breath had no discernable cause, so i left. 🙄

For my patients with shingles, to calm their pain I have them use a poultice made from castor oil, peppermint oil, helichrysum essential oil and tea tree oil. Mix 2 drops of each essential oil into 1 Tbsp of castor oil and apply over the lesions. You can do this as often as necessary throughout the day.

    I have a few questions, if I may.
    The Boswellia, though you have recommended and added a link to a reputable company, I wonder why it was not included in the Nuphoria Max Strength Nerve Support Formula or in the Circulation Formula ?
    Also, in your Nuphoria Circulation Formula. In the ingrediantes, it lists 445 mg of Protease 6.0 & 4.5. Is this the same 'type' of Protease you are referring to ? Additionally, you mention taking 5 capsules/3x a day (did I understand that correctly ?).
    However, the link to the Protease you suggested states 1 capsule. I'm a little confused. Which amount per capsule of Protease are you referencing to or better yet, how much Protease should a person consume in a day ?
    Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Love your channel and all the information you provide.

      Hi There. Ok- you have some great questions, so let me clear up the confusion for you. Ques #1: "Why wasn't Boswellia included in our formula-Nuphoria cm Gold?"- Answer: There are only so many ingredients you can fit into one capsule. It would be impossible to get the Boswellia in at therapeutic doses without diluting the therapeutic doses of the other ingredients.
      Ques. #2: "Is the protease recommended for pain control the same type as in our Nuphoria cm Blue?" Answer: both N. Gold & Blue contain protease. We put that in to make sure anyone with digestive issues (which is more than 50% of the population) can metabolize and utilize the other ingredients). The amount of protease in these formulas is not sufficient to reduce inflammation and pain.
      Ques #3: "Why are we recommending 5 capsules - 3x/day of protease when the bottle says take 1 capsule" Answer: The bottle lists the recommended dosage for a healthy person that is trying to improve their digestion. The clinical amounts we have given you are the necessary amounts to reduce inflammation (especially prostaglandins and histamines, which cause pain in the body). Yes we are recommending 5 capsules taken 3x.day...ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. An empty stomach is very important.
      I'm so glad you're enjoying our channel and getting a lot out of it. It's our mission to free as many people as possible from living and suffering with this horrible conditon. Let us know if you have any other questions and thanks for watching.

    All sounds great but also all this is expensive! On a limited pension income all this stuff is most often out of reach! What works quickly with a flare up or preventative is magnesium (it is an anti inflammatory ! ) a little more to double vit D than normal (even up to 5000 IU 2x a day) and eat something with copper and zinc in balance like liver or sour cherries!

    • @wisecoconut5
      @wisecoconut5 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      I am already doing the vit d and magneseum but I will try the copper and zinc too. I have also found that I get more pain when I have been eating carbohydrates. The more carbs, the readily I will experience nerve pain and how intense that pain will be. Going keto helped the most!

      @Wise Coconut Wheat (which contains lectins, ATI, and glucose ALL damaging to digestion and contributing to inflammation and has been the hardest to give up), high histamine foods ( and histamine triggering foods like citrus) and sugar are my triggers. I was advised to increase Zinc to 30mgs a day, I take magnesium and potassium, Omega 3, B 6 &12, and yes, it is terribly expensive but the pain relief has been a life saver. It has even affected the way I talk because of the pain. Seen an oral surgeon, two endodontist. No help! Just bombarded me with pills. I have told them that I feel pain caused, the gum nerves. Do you handle this problem? Please help me. Or do I need to seek a pain specialist? Thank you ever so much.

    Thank you for your interest..Question: Is it sufficient to use Ralpha lipoic acid to restore nerves..or should I add the rest of the other supplements you mentioned to us..because I did tests, for example, the glucose test was normal, the b12 test was normal, and the blood test was also normal. (Did I add? The rest of the supplements) .. I only suffer from tingling and burning in my body and there is no numbness .. Or is it only enough to use Alpha Lipoic Acid R and for how long to use Alpha Lipoic Acid?? Thank you very much for your interest..

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Hi Nasser. This is a tough question to answer because the answer really depends on lifestyle factors. For my patients, I always use a well rounded formula. The base foundation is always...Benfotiamine, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Methylcobalamin, Folate and of course, R-ALA. Now for more severe cases (which doesn't sound like your situation), I sometimes add additional R-ALA. However, I never just use R-ALA by itself. It's not that there's anything wrong with doing this, it's just that often it's not as effective on its own without the other complementary nutrients. Also, depending on the case and medical history, I may add in L-Citrulline and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. This is very important for people with reduced circulation (cold hands or feet), pre-diabetes, diabetes...Also for people who have had chemotherapy, are getting chemotherapy or will get chemotherapy. I never use Lab tests for B12 to indicate if a person needs B12. The amount of B12 necessary to help repair and restore nerve damage will not coincide with blood work for B12 and this is because B12 is a water soluble vitamin.

      Esther, I have painful neuropathy. Try the form of Alpha Lipoic Acid the Nerve Doctors recommend. Additionally, I use Benfotiamine, Serrapeptase, and Nattokinase. Before the supplements I used acupuncture (I believe electro-acupuncture is better, but difficult to find here) and massage. After using the supplements a few months I finally have some relief and have rediscovered what sleep is! Not completely gone, but so much better.

    Very interesting but the quantity of subsidiary pills just isn’t economically feasible for me. None of this is covered by insurance and you have to get it through some other source or a pharmacy and just trying to get my normal. Over-the-counter meds is just astronomical and cost. I would like to get my symptoms reduced, but I don’t think I could do this regime.

    I have left side, neck, shoulder and especially over the ribs nerve pain from Chiari Malformation, which is worse on the left side, coupled with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I think this, along with my parasympathetic nervous system being dysregulated, is responsible for heart rate & rhythm. I would love if the Nerve Doctors could name some external nerve-relieving creams or lotions that could be applied, to be used in addition to to diet and supplements.

      Hi Dawn. It can vary from person to person based on the severity of the nerve damage, but a general guideline based on what I've seen with my own patients is it will take 3-5 days to see your pain levels begin to diminish. If you find that's not working for you, feel free to reach out to us and we will help you adjust the protocol for best results for your condition. You can email us at: info@nervedoctors.com
