Hi, I am a future student that is going to study in melbourne next february, and I am planning to choose scape as my accommodation. So far, do you think that scape is a good accommodation? And, are there any head ups that you can share? Thankyou

Hello great video, great deal of info. Just wanted to ask you a few questions. You mentioned in the comments that you pay 539AUD per week with bill included, which is kinda pricy. What made you wana chose this specific building cox I can see that there might be some cheaper alternatives may be in Uni lodge etc. I can be totally wrong but I was just looking at buying studio in Melbourne as an investor. May be you can give me your point of view and prolly that will lead me to make a better informed decision. :)))))))). Thanks so much :)

Hi! Thanks so much for watching and for your thoughtful comment! 😊 While the rent is pricey, I chose this building mainly because it’s very close to my campus, so no commute costs, which is a big plus. Since I hadn’t lived in Australia before, I wasn't familliar with other options, and most affordable places near campus were fully booked a couple months before I arrived. If I had known more, I might have chosen differently, apartments are good alternatives too! That said, the location, safety, and amenities here have worked well for me so far. Hope this helps!
