I'm not an actor, don't want to be an actor but I stumbled across this video and it was very entertaining and refreshing to watch someone so humble and dedicated to his craft. God bless you!
Thank you for your care and for your vulnerability. I used to live in LA so these “days in the life videos” are fun to have running in the background of my chore days..
I loved this day in the life. Thank you for sharing your journey and your honest real emotional. I'd like to add that I know we constantly tell the youth to not give up, but I think its important to remember that there are 40, & 50 yr olds finally following their heart and going after this dream. Perseverance and patience applies to everyone 🙂
Wow I just subscribed! I Just watched you script analysis video and I was like "This is great stuff!" I'm currently 16 and taking multiple acting/auditioning/script analysis online classes that are costing me hundreds of dollars. And watching your videos just makes it all worth it. I Sincerely hope I meet you on set one day! best of luck!
Good luck brother. Acting and getting acting job can be like finding a needle in a hay stack. I have a few friends in LA now looking for their big break. Thanks for sharing.
Hey dude just wanted to express my appreciation for taking the time to make honest and well put together acting vlogs like this, I'm sure you'll pick up a large audience in no time if you carry on producing good content like you this, i subscribed pretty sharpish. I'm an actor also, just about to graduate and i'm trying to gear my TH-cam channel more in the direction of actor based videos, so this is really good stuff to gain inspiration from. Take care and good luck out there! - A fellow actor :)
Isabella Demarko thanks Isabella! I have more stuff in the works, but it won’t be out for a bit (taking my personal trainer certification test in about a week or so), but once that’s done I’m back!
Good stuff ! Been in the game 15+ years in LA & abroad. What I’ve learned is to find ways to really balance it out , cultivate multiple passions etc .. But the risks have to be factored in !! It’s a long hustle no doubt! Cheers 🍻
You have the face for a movie star plus the passion for the craft and the work ethic. I hope u never quit pursuing acting! ( and as a non actor I know how hard and difficult a road it is!)
Great video! Where I live the film community is very different than the one out in LA. Often times I'll get called in to read for a part only to see it given to an actor out of LA but given your dedication to the craft I can see why. Also, thanks for keeping it real and not trying to edit yourself with your raw emotions at the end of your video as you teared up. Being an actor myself I've noticed that most people try to hide their emotions but we as actors try to connect to them in order to tap into them later. Keep up the good work! Rooting for ya, Will!
Hello. I just discovered your channel and I have been thinking also on pursuing what might possible awaits me in the entertainment industry because of my love for acting. Keep it up! You're doing amazing!
Some how I managed to stumble upon this old video and I really needed this today and that little talk about comparing yourself to others and hearing “no” so much.
This video is so helpful and touching. Thank you for taking the time, energy, and openness to share it. Keep up the good work!! It is very appreciated and highly studied!
I just subscribed to your channel after watching this video. I am an older actor in Chicago who started later in life , but I love what you said about the slick people falling by the wayside, but the people who were true to themselves stayed. Never give up on your dreams!
Loved this video. I feel like I constantly compare myself to others and have so many fears and anxieties that hold me back from even just going to an audition. Needed to see this one today
This was an amazing video! Thanks for the inside peek into the life of an actor. You have all the tools to go very far. A great combination of dedication, hustle and best of all...humility. Don't change and best of luck!
Hey man great vlog, you've got the passion and determination to become something great. I'm trying to find the best possible way into acting for myself. I have the confidence in my self to perform but my dyslexia holds me back when it comes to elements like cold readings and im finding it hard to have the courage to go out and try even though I have this issue. Need more down to earth and real people like you. Even though this was just a 10-minute short vlog, I already feel so much more confident just from your advice.
Michael Scott a friend of mine (Luke McFarlane) is an established actor with dyslexia. He just has to run his lines a lot more and sometimes with someone else. It is possible!
I found your channel randomly, but you seriously provide so much value and knowledge! Thank you for sharing about your day and life as an actor in California. I'm from Houston and have never ventured over to that side the of the United States and you really captured the industry and life of LA which is very different from Houston, which Oil and Gas run the show.
