it depends on the meat, I prefer cow's meat rather than buffalo or sheep also fat-free. Sheep meat stinks and hard to chew on, buffalo stinks but tender. cow meat is actually tender and smells good. just from my own experience and preference.

Not really, that razor scraper was uncalled for, he should have just used the metal spat. You can see it's meant for wedging underthings to pry them off a metal flat top.

Thank you for sharing. Also, I used to work in a restaurant for 15 years, and every night, the grill was like brand new. I've never worked with a grill as dirty as that. I mean, with the right product, you can bring the grill back to a like-new state.

this burger is absolutely incredible. made my own version with my own special sauce, homemade onion rings, bacon, and a fried egg. literally the best burger i have ever had in my life.
