It's funny hearing Patrick Stewart doing the narration for the Trans Sport. We used to own one of the same year and dad always called it "The Enterprise" jokingly because it looked so much like a space shuttle. :D
I saw a white '89 Trans Am on the road last year and pulled up alongside the driver and told him you have a sick ride -- he said that it took him ages to get one but it was well worth the wait!
I was a kid in the 1990s and head quite a few friends whose parents drove one of these dust Buster Minivans. None of them loved them for very long because they were always leaking or breaking down. I remember asking my mom why my friend Cody's mom kept buying new minivans like every other year. My mom told me it was because Cody's mom was in idiot And would only buy GM cars. She said that they were reliable the 1st 2 years but she liked to get rid of them Before their warranty expired. I thought it was weird because My parents drove the same to Toyota's for years and years and they never broke down or smelled like mildew because the windows leaked. I remember once while riding to school another one of my friends lumina APV Mini vans had a sliding rear door that would vibrate and annoyingly squeak. I asked his dad what the hell was wrong with the door any laughed and said their Van was built on a Monday. A sarcastic reference to the UAW and their lack of work ethic.
Liked your comment! Minivans were just...crap(still are)but millions "bought in". They were the death knell to automotive styling. And some folks thoughts Edsel was ugly. An Edsel...doesn't even come close to the ugliness of the minivan.
Those minivans(as with most minivans)were/are a disaster waiting to happen. Just...garbage, but millions "bought in"! Folks thought the Edsel was ugly, but the *real* death knell to automotive styling was...the minivan!

Omg I was wondering who that was thank you
That Firebird is sweet.
I love Pontiac
Don't wanna be mean but they don't make them last year was 2009

That Tran Sport looks like a dust buster
Literally the best minivan design, previa who?
Patrick Stewart, is Capt of Enterprise Starship next Generation of Star trek tv show. Min 1980s
What really needs to exist is Captain Janeway doing a spot for the Plymouth Voyager
That Patrick Stewart’s background voice though.
Oh, Patrick Stewart is plugging for Pontiac.
What's next, William Shatner plugging for Oldsmobile?
(narrator: William Shatner did plug for Oldsmobile)
So did the Nimoys, to absolutely no ones surprise
The presleys pushed for olds too ..
Denny Crane drives an oldsmobile
@@SnepperStepTVMakes me wonder if T.J. Hooker drove one, too ... of course, as his personal vehicle, not his patrol cruiser.
LIKE PONTIAC
I would love a 1991 Bonneville in mint condition!
Patrick Stewart on the voiceover? Awesome
Number One has informed me that the typo has been corrected
0:55 - And I *do* mean Number One.
oh wait someone already covered that lol
Cool!
Captain Picard was not on Star Trek Voyager, he was on Star Trek Next Generation
0:40 Oldmoble silhouette with a pontiac badge on it
Pontiac for Port Aurora
Port Aurora from Sunset Paradise
Cool! No offense, but Captain Picard is a "Star Trek: The Next Generation" character.

Ha, you said Cody’s Mom. Is she a pig?? Ha ha jk.
Amazing pontiac.
"Star Trek Voyager's Captain Picard"
Yeah, it would have been better if they got Star Trek Deep Space Nine's Captain Kirk to do it instead.
Star Trek TOS's Captain Sisko was my favorite.
Yeah well I still think they should have had The Lower Deck's Captain Janeway do a spot for the Buick LeSabre
Who disliked this??

Meh. Front-drive shitboxes. Oh, and the DustBuster.
That transport is the ugliest minivan ever made
