So I had one of mine turn 90⁰ and theres no pain, no swelling, no nausea/vomitting... is it okay when there's no tell tell signs for that to occur? I've done research and the answers I get are varied.
If yours twisted 90° but there are no sign at all then it's probably the twist is not enough to block the blood flow. This is just my speculation I might be wrong, you should seek answer from professional

@@datphamtien1970 yea I went a month ago and to get checked... appearently I had epididymitis, I'm guessing the inflammation and swelling was causing them to move... ever since it cleared up I haven't had the problem.

Hello doctor ,my right testes used to rotate and comes back to normal ,when I touch I don't have pain nothing I feel like torison pain ,no vomiting,nothing ,it's always happen ,it's happening from 1 year or 9 months ,it's rotate and comes back normal aslo!!!! ,Sometimes I feel ache type pain in both testes ,but 1min or 2 min only after that gone pain ,
It's better to check bro with USG if it's not rotated it should be fine

@@ironikmortal9014 if the pain ain't too bad you probably ripped a muscle close to your ball, which happened in my case. I can assure you both my balls are okay and so will yours if the pain is bearable. However, I am no expert and if you continue experiencing pain talk to a specialist asap.
