I have a question, I have an electric stove and I don’t have a diffuser, can I put a normal pan under my clay tagine pot as protection instead of the diffuser ? Thank you a lot !
I buy my tagine from a Moroccan bazaar in reading terminal market Philadelphia or another store called Arrayan in Philadelphia. You can order them online too. Enjoy ☺️
Sorry i think you are misteken is not stove must put the tagine in the oven . You said stove instead of oven you are already galzing your tagine on top of the stove !!!!!!

Don't use a pan, unless you're willing to shell out money and time to experiment. Use a flat diffuser or a wok diffuser instead.
