The reason you don't drag race at the drag strip it actually takes skill. John Force roll race the street outlaws don't roll race. I never saw Bob Glidden road racing. It's not racing takes no skill to roll with somebody.

Dudes probably making my guess 7-800whp they weigh about 3400lbs so roughly 900lbs assuming dude didn’t do a WR then yeah probably 1000lbs difference. Demon 170 makes about 900 whp. Both cars make great tq levels.
Toyota engineers completely designed it from the ground up, including tuning. Don’t accuse Toyota of badge engineering, Toyota’s DNA is all over that car!!
