You got to pull off welcome to this world and DMV that's Primus drumming at its peak actually the best show I've ever seen them do was in 2017. I've seen them during Frizzle fry sailing the Seas of cheese pork soda and tales from the Punchbowl and the only show that I can think of that's even remotely close to as good as the saturating seven is pork soda. it's just a fact that these guys are so much better live than they were in the 90s every song they play they now go into a badass Space Jam in the middle I'm almost every song they do now and they never did that stuff in the 90s. Tim Alexander really didnt play drum solos he would do little ones here and there but he didn't need to because the music was so amazing that he was playing and of course you know play claypool would have a bass solo but nothing you know out of this world long. But desaturating seven is without a doubt the best concert I've ever seen them do and tribute to the Kings was amazing as well and if Geddy Lee and Alex lifeson ever needed a drummer to do some sort of project the first man they should call is Tim Alexander. the complete farewell to Kings album they would do night after night and I've seen pretty much every single show on TH-cam that he's done for the tribute to the Kings tour and the band Nails it every night other than Les claypool's voice. I saw Tim in New Orleans do the tribute to the Kings at House of Blues and it was no different than any other night on that tour they were completely on point. These guys just get better with age like fine wine. And like I said i have had the opportunity to see them for each album they did in the 90s and I saw herb for the last time in 96 and then I didn't see him again until 2015 for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory soundtrack in it was okay show that set was not really cool but the Primus set was good. Like I said the next show they played at the same place the Civic Theater in 2017/New Orleans and it was absolutely monstrous and mind-blowing show.
Thanks for this message and story man. It's great that you had the opportunity to see them live so many times. This songs what you wrote are nice too! But I'm absolutely love "Brain's" period. He's criminally underrated drummer. He brought a groove and feel to Primus that they never had before and laid down incredible drum tracks with a feel that few others can replicate
Would be awesome you post some of your own, original content. That’s actually what they are asking also. Not just drum covers, but some personal stuff! Would love to see some of that too
@@punkpolite I have original content! You could see it in my TH-cam chanel, for example my drum solo or any different live frum cams or studio sessions with my past projects! Thank you✊🏻
