My mom is from Fairy Hill, near to Swift River, her last name was Hoyes! She still alive
Portland also borders on to St Andrew in the blue mountain peak at Rigail up in the Buff Bay valley.
I was hoping to learn more on Buff Bay.

Not enough modern day footage. Plus you forgot to mention that Portland has by far the lowest crime rate in Jamaica ... plus it has the highest rain fall in Jamaica and also the most beautiful place in Jamaica.... And it also has the longest zip line in Jamaica...
The buff Bay Valley is laced with beautiful rivers and chill spots and magnificent views...

Sir I can stake my life on it that the falls you showed after reach falls is known as fish dunns falls. I've been to that place more than 20 times. It's in the buff Bay Valley. It's where the blue Mountain bike tour ends...
