Thank you for this beautiful history of Port Henderson. I grew up in Kingston and visited Portmore in the early seventies. Don't remember hearing a thing about Port Henderson. The cactus in the ground should be preserved.
Alexx once again you brought back so many memories of places that were special to me. We used to go out to Rodney Arms and we stayed at one of the houses, now destroyed, rented out by The National Housing Trust. Great memories of weekends at the Forum Hotel, seen in the distance. Thanks Alexx.
Elite big up yuhself, I think the Government of Jamaica should invest in these buildings and restore our heritage. This is what tourist want to see, I know as Jamaicans we don't like our Colonial past because of Slavery but it happen already we just have to move on.

Love your work i watch most of your discovery especially St Thomas. Mt Labanous.Trinity ville as my daughter father came from that area. New monk lands. Keep up.the amazing work . Went
If u go to to sea level u can find the remains of a jail and bathhouse .If u take drone pictures of the nearby waters on can see structures in the waters
My observation. Beautiful place. Unkept and so forth. Now the Government is about to make Portmore a city. That means land sale and development. Could the Chinese be vetting there for tbeir port developement? Those living there will soon be chased off. Oh god almighty.
