Hey Luis! Question...Will your agency be manually renewing all your ACA clients through healthsherpa or do you let most of them auto renew who don't make changes? I'm nervous someone is going to come in a grab my clients. But there's a lot to manually renew. Thanks for all your great videos!
We renew them through healthsherpa. For those that we don't get a hold of for what, they will auto renew. But we do send emails directly from HS as well as emails and text messages from my own CRM
but for those that we we can't get a hold of, they will auto renew. If the rates for plan jump up which they usually do, we get a call from them in Jan. Unfortunately for those, they are stuck for Jan, but if they call before 1/15, we can move them over to another plan with an eff date of 2/1
