I love the Walking exercises! I did this one with the vest and ankle weights, I’m burning so much now, but it feels really good. And now I’ll proceed to the bonus All Standing Sculpt. So grateful - thank you, Rachel 🙂
YES Rachel! Just did this one and absolutely loved it! Alternated some of the arm work with dumbells but stopped when they slowed me down. (Arms are burning so glad I did 😅) This is such a great alternative/break to the core pilates workouts if people fancy it. This one will be one of my favourites. Well done darl. More please!! ❤❤
I love this because of my surgery of the implant removal and breast reduction...I can do a low impact lower body workout without using weights and still get movement in. Thank you Rachel for making this video. Until I am fully healed this is perfect. I tried to do crunches, but it pulls too much on my chest wall. Not ready for that move yet. LOL.
Thank you for this I really enjoyed it, I have put on a lot of weight as I’ve gotten older and think this along with some other videos you have here will give me a well rounded low impact program thank you my goal is to get off blood pressure medication so again thank you 🙏🏽
I LOVED this workout! I loathe cardio so it was great to incorporate it with Pilates. Also, I see what you did there - made some of these steps more fluid so it felt like dancing 💃 having that rhythm made the workout fly by 😉

Another good one Rachel - used 3kg weights in each hand for bicep curls and shoulder presses and some arm raises had to put down for some as I feared I might hit myself in the head 😂 #clumsy 😂
