Another good thing to use if you have issues with the mirror sticking to the box you can use double-sided sticky Velcro. My wife and I have found that double-sided sticky velcro works wonders on solving most problems that we had since I've been home from the hospital.

@@ryanbarroga7384 had my stroke two years ago in my country there's no help at all. I have left side paralysis. That mirror therapy has helped gain my independence back to great extent. It really works. Still got a ways to go though. But it helps.
