It's a missed opportunity to have some theming with the visor. Could have had a translucent black veil over it to have it blend in better or something. (on the other hand I could see how it might be viewed as making light of something serious instead of trying to make the best of a bad situation)

No, we don't. We need to stay safe right now. Disney will still be there in a few months time, it's not going anywhere, and it will be all the better for the wait.
@@isabellancali5388 No, because WDW is treated as a once in a lifetime experience for out of state and international visitors (Disneyland is mostly locals and Annual Passholders). The Nightmare Before Christmas version goes in September and stays until January, add downtime either side of that and it puts the regular version out of action for almost half the year, and they aren't prepared to do that to one of their most famous rides. This is also why other than every so often, rehab closures are only done on rides for a few days or a week or two max, whereas in DIsneyland up to 6 or more rides could be down for several weeks for rehab, as it's just a case of see it next time for their guests. If you do want an idea of how Orlando's would look IF they did it, check out Tokyo Disney's which is a carbon copy of it. I'm not entirely taken with changing the Mansion myself as ghost stories are a natural part of Xmas anyway (and I'd rather see the proper version for Halloween than a Xmas overlay), but wouldn't say no to Florida doing a festive twist on it like they do with other rides, such as doing spooky Xmas decs on top of the existing ride, etc.
I’ve never been able to build the courage to ride this ride. I love thrilling rides, heck I’d ride the fastest ride ever without a second thought, but for some reason my dumb baby brain makes me think I’m scared of this. I looks like a lot of fun but whenever I’m at Disney I think it’s too scary and chicken out. I hope one day I’ll be able to ride it without being terrified of it. And yes, I do get scared easily. You don’t have to point it out to me.
I don't like roller coasters, and when our Doombuggy turned around backwards and went down that little dip, I almost joined the residents of the mansion!!😯😂😂👵
I recalled this ride actually being longer and looking back the recordings my dad did in 1997 it actually was much longer.
