I'm not aware if there were different options of swift springs, so I'll say swift sport springs for the G37X. They are about 1.3 inch drop in front and around 1 inch drop in rear.
That cost you a grip. damn all that for a g37. why though? They look good, but there's no extra stopping power. I've had both for yrs. now and boi regular oem and these have the same braking power. maybe the new ones give a little more stopping power but overall, it's just for the look. which is cool. nEXT TIME SHOW US HOW ITS DONE.!
I disagree. My original setup with hawk sport pads did not do as well as it tended to brake fade easier and more at higher speed than with this setup with stoptech ceramic pads.
Where did you get the brakes was it a complete kit or did buy the parts individually ? I really like your setup, I’m looking to do some upgrades to mine as well I figured I would start with the brakes 🤷🏾♂️
Well I personally pieced it together from several websites, however there are a few websites with full conversion kit. Infiniti G sport versions come with these brakes, so Nissan/Infinti had these produced by Akebono in bulk, so there are plenty full conversion kits brand new. I simply purchased G37s parts individually for aftermarket parts. Z1 Motorsports has tons of nissan stuff as well as Concept Z Performance (CZP). Just Google G35/G37 big brake upgrade and there will be many websites with full kits. Just remember when purchasing everything must match the sport model G, even dust shields.
Swift springs, kyb shocks, Z1 front upper control arms, Z1 rear camber arms, Z1 rear traction arms, SPL eccentric lockout kit, hotchkis front and rear sway bars, Whiteline spindle bushings, Whiteline rear subframe bushings, Soul Function rear tie bar and rear M brace.
How wide can you go on the sedan g37 front and rear (flush not stance, just performance oriented) thinking of getting a 2013 rwd g37 sedan and can you also get the brig brake kit with 18 inch aftermarket wheels or 19 only/recommended? Thanks for anyone/everyone who answers
I've seen 20s on g37 before. Flush? I'd suggest a 9" wheel with a 20mm offset. A 10" wheel with a 45mm offset would be close to flush, but it would be too close on the inside and may interfere with suspension.
these are the oem "sport" brakes. you should have them if you have a G37xS. they would be silver in color though. and yes, they would fit, as i installed them on this G37x base model.
What tires / wheels set you are running bro ? I have my g37 sedan 225/45/19 in front for NOW. Then I have 255/40/19 in the backs. But I want my wheels / tires to stick out more and flush the wheel GAP. Any advice...??? I don’t really wanna out spacers on.
Yes. I did the wheels which were over an inch wider, plus Z1 Motorsports hub centric wheel spacers at 10mm. The spacers come in various sizes. But I did replace wheel studs with extended wheel studs so the lug nut would thread enough.
well my wheels are 19 x 8.75 with 30mm offset. then i put spacers on. if you used a wheel with a 20mm offset, spacers would not be required to get them flush as mine are.
I almost forgot to mention. I learned this the hard way. Since I upgraded to factory sport size brakes, the spare tire will not clear the calipers. I had to get a G37s or 370z spare: 18".
Now go get that sport bumper. complete the look .
I plan to. More changes to come. No longer a daily driver.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 thanks I'm going order them 255 35 tires they look so good
Well, I'm personally not to impressed with the Pirellis. I've switched to using Michelin tires.
I have 2010 g37x sedan. Your car sits perfectly, what exact swift springs did you get? Thanks.

Did you need a different type of mounting bolt too or just the 4
These require no extra mounts. It is a Nissan/Infiniti factory brake system for "sport" models. i.e. G37S or G37xS
Any more vids on the Infiniti?
Not as of yet. Only update is a tune was done after full bolt ons installed.
What kind of suspension do you have?
Swift springs, kyb shocks, Z1 front upper control arms, Z1 rear camber arms, Z1 rear traction arms, SPL eccentric lockout kit, hotchkis front and rear sway bars, Whiteline spindle bushings, Whiteline rear subframe bushings, Soul Function rear tie bar and rear M brace.
Hey man how’d you black out ur grille
bought as such. tried coating oe grill. ended up buying an aftermarket black grill. fits perfectly. just do a web search.

If you got a wider wheel with a crazy off set, like 25, the wheel might come out to the fender.
