    Timers! When I am feeling uninspired I set a twenty minute timer to be productive. Anything, clean, work, whatever needs to be done. Sometimes a little productivity can inspire more, just like getting ready. I know it’s a little redundant as it falls into the, “don’t delay” category, but it’s a game changer for me! It’s all about getting the ball rolling! Thanks for another great video!

    A little productivity hack that is working pretty good for me is to allow myself social media only after 6 PM.. i doing it for a few weeks now and i see much more results in my life since i've started!
    sometimes i do check my socials for a few seconds during the day but much much less than before

    Great video Meghan!The most important thing is to know the must do tasks. What I want to incorporate in my life right now is to have a power hour in the morning when I work with full focus and no distraction on the 3 most important tasks :)

    Thanks once again for a wonderful uplifting video - I work from home and find when I do get dressed etc I am more productive but one of my tips is to have a white board above my desk so if I think of anything I just put it on there and it reminds me all day - I actually have 2 above my desk - one specifically work based and the other for personal stuff - like my word of the year "positive"; things I need to buy etc

      My office is a teeny weeny room off our hall - where you have to duck down to get into it (I live in a 17th century terraced cottage - rented not owned) - and I have seen bigger closets shown on TH-cam ... but it works - it also houses the freezer as well!

    Amazing video! Thank you so so much! A tip I have, is to have a schedule during the day! It doesn't have to be something in depth, but just planning the times when I eat my meals, helps me a lot!

    Meghan, I've to confess that I love your videos. I'm learning English and use some videos to improve my listening. I found your videos and I love the thematic of them. Your voice it's so calm and the atmosphere of your videos it's so relax, that I simple understand almost everything that you say in English (and I don't use subtitles).     Thank you for the inspiration! I drink a glass of hot lemon water and do yoga for half an hour every morning before I have coffee and start my day. It preps me for the day ahead 🙏🏻

    Great Video! ALL good points! I like to sit down on Sunday in a quiet place and plan my week. I choose the BIG THREE to complete for the week and then a daily three to accomplish. I am a huge list maker but tend to overload and get frustrated when I didn't complete everything on that day. The number three is manageable and I usually do more than three, but I don't set myself up for "failure" mode with a huge list. Keep um' coming ;)

      Love this! Having a manageable task list really takes a lot of the pressure off -- yet we can often end up doing more if we just don't overwhelm ourselves! xx

      mel aw well thank you!! Hmm I don’t have any sort of specific workout plan, but I have ballet class Wednesday nights, and I often practice my ballet in the morning sometime after I wake up. And then I also walk alottttt. :)

    Im so glad i found ur channel. U really inspire me. I've been having some health issues that i left untreated for a year. I have thyroid problems. I have hyperthyroidism, which i dont understood bc i gained so much weight. I am 44 n have had 3 children n never had a problem with my weight. Now im embarresed to leave the house. I dont sleep well at night im up.every 2 hours to use the bathroom. I do have a cup of coffee in the am but there are times i just get so tired due to thyroid. I also have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) n im not as active bc i physically can not do.it. i really wanted to go.out with my mom yesterday bc i havent been out in about 1 month. I live alone in a 1 bedroom apartment. So yesterday i really pushed myself shopping n i was bending down to look at some clothes n i.fell. it was so embarrassing a nice lady asked me if i was ok n if i needed help but i told her my mom was there. Anyway i just had a biopsy of my thyroid n get the results in a few days. I pray the large cysts i have are not cancerous. My endocrinologist is thinkimg about taking my whole thyroid out. We are going to.talk about it at my next appt. As for my back.i.did see a spine specialist n he referred me to a Nuerosurgeon because he believes my case is very complex n he doesn't feel comfortable doing it. So i saw the Nuerosurgeon n im going to.have surgery. Bc i am limited in everything i do. I cant stand for long walk for long anything. So anyway. I really am going thru alot ty for listening. One thing i know is after these surgeries n i recover i want n need a different life. I need to loose weight. I have to eat better, i have to drink more water. Im going to go back to the nutritionist n come up with a healthy plan. I.have to for me n my sanity. Im depressed n feel embarresed at how i look that i.dont even put any make up on anymore i dont do my hair just throw it up in a bun, n only wear leggings n big t shirts. So thank u so much for ur videos. I love them. ♥️😊. Again i apologize for my life story...lol have a wonderful day.

    I use timers to be more productive. If I have a project to get done it helps to know there is an end in sight :)

      ksarg hey there! I make a berry bowl and it’s so yummy (one of my favourite breakfasts!) It’s just a handful of berries (any kind), chopped banana, a spoonful of nut butter (I like sunflower seed butter), and then a splash of almond milk. It’s like cereal but without cereal 😛 xx

    Not checking social media first thing in the morning helps me stay focused. Also 5-10 minutes meditation also helps that. I’m a business owner- distractions are everywhere!
