    I used a balance board a while back and noticed some core, legs, and balance improvements, Granted I didn't look super cut, but I had a little thing going. I noticed also that my pacing in my walks was too fast for my own good and noticed I was walking hella fast, before I was like a turtle. Seeing this video and talking about it actually got me to dust off my board and do them again! thanks for the video! my legs are sore but it's not stopping me from doing these excercises again and again!

    Hi l have a question; what is the roller size for beginner ? Is the thick 15cm for prof 10cm for beginners… please help me l just want to buy one and I don’t know which roller size ..?

      Hi!
      For beginners I'd recommend to start with a smaller radius roller. It will be easier to maintain the balance at first, and it will feel safer to come down, especially if you go off balance.

    How long did it take you to get this good of balance

      Hello!
      I've been practicing for a long time. But, I can say if you're a complete beginner, spend at least a month of consistent training, and you'll become more confident.

    if we don't do jib isn't it better to balance it with body parallel do the foam roller?

    • @boardsnerd
      @boardsnerd  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello, sure. The more comfortable you are in different positions on the balance board, the more stable and confident you'll be on a snowboard.

      I don’t know too much about balance training so just some educated guess: in a vertical position, you can train your balance between your front and back foot. This could be beneficial in a few senecios: carving, pow, etc.

    Can you tell me the timing for each exersice?

    • @boardsnerd
      @boardsnerd  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi!
      If you're a beginner, you can start with 30 seconds for each exercise. Then gradually increase the time. Same with sets if you want, to do so. Start with 3 and increase as you progress.
      Over time when you're comfortable you can adjust time and sets as you need.
