Even Suisei has said that Risu is the Celine Dion of Hololive. Suisei also said that this recording was difficult for her for multiple reasons. The fact that she knew she's representing the entire vtubing community with her one chance, only having one shot at it, and the fact that she's a night owl. Basically, she's not normally awake at the time they did the recording.

Hololive really has done a fantastic job of picking out skilled talent and then raising their talent’s skill level to reach new heights. I can’t tell if they just get really lucky or if their luck is just because their talent pool is just much larger.
the mocap is insane, she actually didnt realize it was really a first take until about a minute before hand so she ended up not doing vocal warm ups and she was also nervous about not representing other vtuber singers well enough. considering all of that she nailed it in my opinion.
I heard that the reason she doesnt have any vocal warm up or opening comments is that the management told suisei to start with all you got to "Shut the haters up" who are against vtubers as an artist.
Great to have more people checking out Suisei and the Hololive girls in general. I definitely recommend checking out her new album and just her MVs. Ghost in particular is a great song since it's about the invisibility of vtubers when it comes to being seen as legitimate artists. If you liked Suisei, Hololive runs deep and there are several other members that have a bunch of music Watame, Okayu, Suisei, AZKi, Sora, Calli, etc all have an album or more of music and a bunch of others with stuff to check out. As for the original song from Suisei Stellar Stellar, it was more upbeat with drums and trumpets, but I do love this First take version alot. A few weeks ago she did her second solo concert, called *Shout in crisis,* and did the song Stellar Stellar with a live band, it was alot of fun. Not going to lie, there are alot of really good singers in Hololive JP, ID and EN. Suisei, AZKi, Sora, Calliope, IRyS, Moona, Risu. Just to name a few, but all of them are talented.
I recommend hitting up the CC for English subtitles, if you're killing by the vocals, maybe you could ascend even more of what behind her vocals. She's like a story telling!
Suisei has an incredible journey from her first steps into the VTuber community, to where she stands today. I highly recommend a video called 'The Abandoned VTuber That Made It' by Yiman that does a pretty good job showing us her struggles and how hard she worked for this spotlight.

I would recommend checking out other singers from Hololive like Risu or Kanata and Nijisanji like Enna. You will not be disappointed.
to be fair, i like this better than the original, is good, dont get me wrong, but the instruments dont let me appreciate her as good as this one, and ngl her voice is so beyond good i dont need anything else to enjoy it

Love Gura's voice so much she really shines in her karaokes more than anything else, compared to some of the stuff from her karaokes I don't think shes really done a studio recorded song yet that truly shows what she can do with her voice
