    Jacob, I made a comment a while back being critical of your camera work. I didn't know it was your first video, and retracted my witchiness. Just wanted to say how nice things look now. Was that custom designed wallpaper? This looks like a re-done shotgun

      Dear Libby, thank you for watching!!!
      I am not sure if the wallpaper is custom, but it is the first time I have seen any like it.
      This was originally a creole shotgun constructed with bargeboard, repurposed lumber, and brick in post construction (the absolute most simple and inexpensive construction possible at the time). The bathroom and kitchen would have both been out in the backyard. It is awesome to see how far it has come.

    The first bedroom needed to be larger, the bd should never take up most of the bedroom, the master BR should never be that small, otherwise great house, except maybe LR could be larger too.
