The house itself on the inside is very nice, but on the outside it matches the neighborhood. The streets and sidewalks are broken up, there looks to be a project housing behind its backyard.
How could a house in that area, be over 7 hundred thousand? In that location, the house should be 2 hundred to 3 hundred fifty thousands, in that area.
If I had that type of money, I wouldn't buy there, because there's too many homes in New Orleans, that's much nicer, where the neighborhood match the price tag of the home. Too much of money for this property, however thanks!

This truly is an excellent neighborhood within New Orleans. We are close to Magazine Street in the Irish Channel. Unfortunately, all of our roads/sidewalks are in disrepair regardless of the price tags in the neighborhoods.
This property actually caused a bidding war and is on track to be sold for significantly MORE than asking price!! Our market here is very hot and homes are selling quickly for high dollar.

I agree this is too much for this neighborhood I could downtown for that price truly over rated y’all need to go down on that price. I’m From New Orleans I do know every neighborhood I live all over the city when I was younger so I know how it go over rated!!!!

@@BreathlessSoul I know a girl in the Bywater who has a house about this size and shape the exterior look just like this, but with an old tattered paint job, the inside hasn't been remodeled in ages, it's pretty ragged compared to this and she had it appraised at $800,000. The house prices in New Orleans are nuts!
