As someone who lived in a kitchen that was falling apart for waaaay too long, this is relatable.
We completely understand -There are so many barriers to starting a DIY project/renovation. We hope this approach makes it feel more attainable and less intimidating!

I am so glad you did a gas stove. The rage now is to say gas stoves kill you. I have had one my whole life and it has not killed me yet. You will have to pry it out of my cold dead hands. Nice job!
I went from a gas stove to moving into a house with a glass top electric stove and it takes forever to heat up. I would trade the ease of cleaning for fast heat in a minute. Definitely will be switching it out when I can afford it.
Get real. Gas stoves don't "kill" people but they do "kill" the environment. Learn how to be a REAL cook and master using an electric stove and oven. Betcha can't.
It's the 21st century, you don't need the health risks of cooking over an open flame. An induction stove heats up quickly and doesn't leak benzene.
A wet tile saw is expensive, and to rent one is around $40-60 for a couple of hours. Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative?
