Hey bud! Hope you are well, I am back on my uni today after a major fall 7 weeks ago broke my hip!! LOL! It was a bogus fall cause some little kid ran out in front of me and I had to swerve to miss him and I was at full tilt!! The funny thing is, before this happened I was in a park with hills and having a ball. Anyway, I noticed on my android app today instead of hard and soft speed limit it now has speed limit numbered. It's default was a 7 which is probably where I well get to, but since I was off it for a while I went to a 4 to get my "uni vibe" going again. I have also bought padding for everywhere! Knees, elbows, hips. I must admit, had a small fear getting back on it, but today was great, and besides that kind of was a freak accident!!
John McCreary OW! Hope you are fully recovered! Yes the app has new settings. When setting them make sure that you are not setting the speed limiter settings instead of the ride settings.

+Ninebot UK hay how do I stop the ninebot one to stop pushing me back when I go 10 miles per hour.
As it got a Flux Capacitor so you can come back from the 25th March to the 25th Feb :-)

Thanks for the tutorial, the speed limit icon was accidentally turned on after I was riding for a while and all of a sudden I kept wiping out. After turning it off and letting the riding mode go to level one on the hard side I was back in business. Android app isn't quite as good as your iphone. It's day two and I'm doing great on it, still haven't mastered a push start without a wall or pole, hopefully I'll get that down tomorrow. Thanks again. John McCreary PS Our govenor charger prongs were a little bent we fixed them and it's charging fine now, but a very loose connection..... is that normal? Should the connection be tight? And is it okay to leave charger plugged in when not in use. We noticed the color changed from green to red when charging.

Charger prongs should not be loose, should all be nice and tight, but if charging ok and no other problem caused by it then I guess that's all good! Regarding the light - it should be RED then change to GREEN when charge has finished.
Can you remote control this or is it only for the mini version?
A question. When you are not connected to your ninebot , you have more options in the settings menu. Like max. speed in certain circumstances. Are they applicanble for your ninebot ? (or only the two wheeled version...)
Yes you can can do this with the Ninebot ONE as well :)
Is the lock button still in the new version of the app because I can't find it.
So It is true that once it is going max speed it will slow down by pushing pedals back, and one more question, should it beep with a warning before it pushes pedals back, and if so should I have a warning set on app?
John McCreary Correct, yes it will beep when getting up to max speed and pedals start to tilt backwards.
Hi again, I had a pretty bad wipeout on sunday, I was on a flat area and when I would reach max speed it would automatically push pedals back and slow down. I was getting used to it but when I wiped out I think I may have tried to slow it down when it was automatically slowing down and I went flying off. The speed limit icon wasn't on. What about the break light switch should that be on or off? Again I have app on android and it doesn't have sport normal it has hard or soft. It seems to work closer to the hard side, that is the default. Thanks for the patience and all these questions.
John McCreary Hope your ok dude! Lost count of the times I have ditched now :) Its getting less and less which is always nice ;)
It shouldn't make any difference if you lean back whilst its pushing you back...aside from it being a lot harder to ride like this - requires more balance.
Break lights does nothing on the Ninebot ONE - that's for the 2 wheel version / maybe future upgrades(?)
Hiya, just got my ninebot one E+ and love it. My brother also has one. Everything works great - the app connects, however when I click detailed info I am not getting anything showing. Under dashboard however, everything is working?
My brother used his phone to connect his ninedroid app to my ninebot, and the detailed info worked! It works on his just fine. Anything wrong with my app or phone settings? I have a Note 5 so not the phone...Thanks in advance for your help!
Have a go at uninstalling then reinstalling the APP and try again...keep me posted!
+Ninebot UK Hey there, I've tried reinstalling. ..still to no avail. posted on the FB page too...seems a few others having the same issue! My brothers note 3 sees all the detailed info on mine right away!
The cycling somatosensory in my iOS app cannot be changed. After I change it, it reverses back to 3. Nothing woring with the bluetooth connection, I can change the speed limit and light settings but not the somatosensory... any idea?
it is the app. No problem with the DarknessBot app: I can now adjust the sensory.
What does "speed setting" do?
hi! Could you please tell me what the exclamation mark in the triangle means when it is blinking? It has happened a few times and I couldn't figure it out why. Once I think it was because the battery was under 30% but the other times I don't know why...
Also, just for info, this was a gift for my husband and last week he had 2 significant falls one after the other which worried me: he was riding at around 15km/hour and then the gyro-stabilisers shut down and basically the wheel shut down and he went flying forward. Has this happened to anybody before? (p.s: battery was at more than 30% and he just accellerated and tumbled). Thank you for your response!
+Dana Ducas Could be many things really, maybe the speed limiter is on?
Re Speed - if you max out the power it will try and stop you with beeps and leaning back but if you lean to much then the unit will eventually subside and be over powered. It has been heard of before yes, but usually new riders OR riders just going flat out and pushing as hard as they can (or both!).

Thx for the vid. Do you have any idea: my lights turn the opposite direction than the wheel, which i find annoying. Cannot change it in the App (from what i see, Android App btw). Any idea if and how i can change this?
Yes, remove light ring and swap light cables around, they are wired wrong way around ;)

I have an iPhone 4 and my bot isn't detected through Bluetooth so is this app basically useless to me right now until I upgrade phones ?
