Truth simple truth, people forget so easily, they did it to pirlo then he went to juve juve was unbeaten that season, pirlo won Italian player of the year 3 times in a row. Pogba have problems now but bro is a great great player

Could have been a great player, he was so lazy it was frustrating to watch because he clearly had the most talent on the pitch and yet was just not up to everyone else's level because he didn't seem to care.

They suffer way more criticism and pressure than us working 9-5. At the end of the day we can switch off. Football players never get that break. The media and fans never give them a break especially when they're going through a difficult time

Don't judge them unless you went through that lifestyle..yeah sure they may have great lifestyles and all but just seeing how mentally weak most people are these days shows that not everybody has what it takes to have a mentally to block out the noises from the outside and consistently perform all the time like these players do.

Not to sound like a hater, but man, we're all going through something. But some of us don't get paid 200k a week. What I think should really be addressed is the hate towards the players. The media need to stop prying of these guys, its pathetic.
Aside that, some of these footballers have to take their career serious. I love Pogba but the guy mostly in Utd shirt played for himself. Its hard for people to show you care when you're like that

    • @milktea2422
      @milktea2422 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +19

That’s true but whereas you get paid a lot less, you might have 1-10 haters irl, most people have no haters.
But these guys have hundreds of thousands of people tearing them down.
For sure they live a dream life, I would trade my life to play football even if I get hundreds of thousands of people calling me trash.
But not everybody can tough that out. Dele wasn’t one of the only top players who crumbled under the pressure, bojan is stated to have had better potential than Messi of all people, but mentally he wasn’t as tough as Messi, who people don’t realize is one of the most mentally tough players ever.
So yes they have a dream job, but not everybody can stay mentally well with so much criticism. Just because you can block out the words doesn’t mean it doesn’t subconsciously effect them.

True. As a United supporter I see media absolutely be slamming players over nothing. And maybe sometimes they deserve criticism but we live in a world now where the media just absolutely destroys players over a bad pass, bad game or whatever. The media need to be stopped. Or an organization has to teach them a lesson when they go too far.
I am not from England but they destroyed Saka for missing a penalty, like wtf. He is so young, he came late in the game = body cold. That’s just a dumb decision from the manager. And so what, still, he is a kid. Media act so reckless

It’s nice to know we have top class former professionals getting into media after football. As a person who went through similar struggles like alle , I’m sure when he done that interview last year with Gary Neville he needed that for himself as a human. You’ll see it more in years to come media around football will be better when it comes to judging these youngsters. Garnacho is a great example of an emerging young talent the media haven’t been overly critical of which I think has helped him thrive without the constant pressure of papers and news talk.

The biggest obstacle in being better is noone but god. The fact that god finds legitimate to make you accused more, gives such rights to other people + puts in place situation to provock is undeniable but personally I'm not affected at all. Being better comes down to one thing. How much can you do despite god?

The big problem is the money what they getting am think,, it's too high like 400k every week ,,, after people expecting your performance will be 100 % every time but if your performace going down people will start to talk shit about you and that start all bad thinks happend to you. Less money less pressure. So even when you play couple games shit it will be more easy to come back to your high performace if you really care about fotball. I don't know my self exactly. Let me know what do you think please !!!!

Many people easily lose their humanity, especially those media-influenced football fans.

Look this a job - you’re not different from anyone else in any other profession in this particular case. We all have to keep proving our worth or we are not only forgotten but people with regular jobs will be fired or laid off and then they have to worry about if they’re going to lose their house and car and become homeless. You guys don’t have that added pressure. My point being - yes it’s a lot of pressure but let’s not act like you’re the only group of professionals facing these things

But don’t listen to people bro!!! That’s the one advice people in the media should know. Now if people’s comments will drive your income in any way then you might need to get thick skin or find another job. Otherwise, just don’t listen to them. How to do that? Well start by not criticizing others around you, start by reading something else that is not football, stop consuming tik toks about you or reading the comments. Not everyone is talking about you man… there are football free spaces out there you need to explore to focus on something else outside the pitch. Learn a new language, do yoga, meditation… but of course, if you have your mates reporting back all the comment section what do you expect??? To sum up, there are changes he need to consider in his life to make him feel better, either is changing things or people or habits

Nah man. Dele did it to himself too. Guy was a problem off the pitch, sure he had his demons but he was in a position very few even reach; especially the fact it’s a top league too.
Guy was lazy and uncommitted to professionalism. That isn’t due to his trauma. Respect for turning it around though.
