This intro was a GREAT reminder! Our 9-week old is a bundle of energy, mouthing EVERYTHING, pretty headstrong, and exceptionally intelligent. We've had her a week and she's exactly this puppy in the video. I know she's got endless capability; I've just got to get the training right.
I really enjoyed this! Ethan has a great down to earth style - not arrogant at all. All of what's shown & explained makes alot of sense. I look fwd to bringing my GSP rescue pup home Sat night. It's reassuring to have this to watch. I appreciate you!!🦘🐨
Ive seen soooo many videos trying to figure how to deal with my pup. Hes 7 weeks and most videos are for wayy older dogs. THIS IS THE BEST ONE!! I learned way more in this video than i did watching hours of other trainers😂 will be subscribing.
I'm watching this because we just lost our 8 year old Silver Lab, who was the best friend I have ever had and an amazing soul. The years go fast, enjoy every moment.
So I have my 15 week old Chocolate lab and I kind of fell off the wagon with using her clicker. Is it too late to start it up again?? Or can I retrain her and still have the clicker be a useful tool?
Hello I know it’s a different topic!!! I have 10 weeks old GSP And he starts barking and special at the kids is it normal behavior for them to bark ? I want him for bird hunting And I don’t know if it’s good behavior or not! if it’s OK to Bark!? Thank you!
An 8 week old puppy isn’t ready yet to “walk” on a leash yet. You can put the leash on and let them walk around without you holding it, but an 8 week old puppy pretty much eats, poops and investigated everything.
What are your thoughts on puppies and stairs? Our welshie is 11.5 weeks old and I keep seeing things about not using stairs until 6 months? Was looking for some advice. Also, fantastic video we are working on this now:)

She is super smart. The way you teach is super. I love the way you break it down into steps.
I guess she’s already someone’s puppy. ❤️
Perfect timing on this video just got a 8 week old silver lab. Thank you for all you guys do. Keep it up!
Where did you get yours from? I’m from Wisconsin and have a Silver Lab too! Good Luck! Mine is a year and opens doors! 🤣🐾

Never too late to get back on the clicker wagon. Start by charging up the clicker and make sure she really knows what the click means. Best of luck!
Where do you get the clicker from. Thank you
@@clasinashipsey6706 any clicker will work. You can find them in Amazon, PetCo, PetSmart, Chewy, etc.

Can you make a video on how to walk make a puppy walk on a leash. My 8 week old GSP holds his ground when he’s on a leash.
