Hi Rob, my brother had ankylosing spondylitis, diagnosed at age 13. He also had peripheral arthritis. We have a history of musculoskeletal in our family, along the male line. My brother was bent really bad, but his mobility and arthritis hampered any exercise he should have done. So Rob, keep moving while you are able. X
(When I was first married, 1971, my hubby would tease about the graded roads out to the farmstead, he called them stage-coach trails! The County did eventually pave all the rural roads! Then we traveled some rough roads in our vacations throughout New Mexico & many of them were stage-coach trails!)---Thanx for the TV reference. I don't watch that show. I agree about the resemblance!---I have three mink brooches!
I so remember those lamp ashtrays from when I was a kid - I was always fascinated with them. The plastic"spaghetti" swirls I remember on other lamps as well. My parents had a hanging lamp with that and I confess I used to pick pieces off it. LOL 🤣 I'm OCD so I guess pieces that looked out of place - bye bye! LOL 🤣

Hi Rob and Karen!! Today was really good show. Thanks for taking us along. I believe Germany has perfected the building of proper roads for all weather. I don't know what they use but when they build them they rarely have to do maintence or rebuild them for decades. I know it's expensive, but I think it's worth it. IF only all governments thought that way. Blessings!

This may be a dumb question. It seems like the majority of the houses in your area have long drives beside (between) the homes with separate garages? Is there a specific reason so many are that way? Just curious. Thanks for the videos.
Just the way they were built here.... No real reason as far as I know... also some streets here don't have alleys or rear access to a property (garage) so in some areas all the garages and driveways are in the front because of no access to the back of the property. Some areas of town are designed differently... it really depends where you are...
