Thank you so much Sherry! I have watched a lot of videos, a lot of trial and error too. I started with small repairs, and worked my way up to larger ones. As I accomplished more, my confidence grew and I was willing to tackle more complex repairs. I'm very passionate about that sort of thing, so learning more about how to fix things is very interesting and fun for me. 😁

And the desk is ornate (what are the carved faces....looks like cats) without being too big. Will Karen wear the flask or just display... The look of old gold is so mellow. When you were leaving the shop a person was carrying in a copper boiler.... I Have one in the basement exactly like it. If only I had half of Karen's ambition to fix up all the old stuff. My old neighbour had a little chair with the same lion like face as the table you bought. The whole back of it was the head. I loved the chair. Wish I could of grabbed it before they moved.

I have an antique table lamp I purchased about 20 years ago that I was crazy about. Unfortunately it didn't have the shade. I purchased a reproduction shade for it. It is identical to the hanging lamp.
Karen, a while back, you gifted hubby with a huge, and heavy display cabinet….glass top and front, you had to dismantle it to take it home…..where did you put it, and what do you now have displayed in it……his toys? Thanks, Bev in Maine….
Hi Bev!! Yes it's in the basement, and has my (Rob) vintage toys in it. The setup and filling of it was also in that same video where we dismantled it....

Did you see they say the vaccines are only good for 3-6 mos.? Very suspicious to me. But our government keeps changing things, so who knows what's the truth. They had vaccines that were going to expire at the end of June, so they "suddenly discovered" they could last at least 6 more months. I wonder how many of the Government officials would give their family members that vaccine with the "updated expiration"???
