Egos got in the way. It’s a shame cause Groove Theory had a lot to offer the culture.
Bryce is the man of my dreams ...
In summary, he knew he was the bread and butter of why groove theory even existed and when he wasnt in control anymore he went a different way. Truth be told, Amel is extremely talented but there are a lot of talented singers out there. Some producers realize that they can make any good singer a star with good production, i think he felt that way and was done with it once others recognized his abilities. Egos basically got in the way

Funny, ive followed Amel's career this whole time. I thought he left the business or something cahse it was like he disappeared. Didnt know he was producing. Sad they didnt work out.
He did leave the business in like 99-00. He says it on another interview.
