Mentescopia - Taller de Neurobiología

En el marco de nuestra apuesta por el bienestar integral de nuestros estudiantes, los alumnos de Y2 recibieron la visita de D. Idalino Rocha, uno de los promotores de Mentescopia, una valiosa iniciativa centrada en la salud mental infantojuvenil y su entorno.
Además, contamos con la presencia de Dña. Natalia Garrido, Psiquiatra infantojuvenil, quien ofreció un enriquecedor taller sobre neurociencia y salud mental, abordando temas esenciales como la salud emocional y la mentalidad de crecimiento.
Durante esta actividad, nuestros estudiantes participaron en actividades prácticas que les permitieron conocer el funcionamiento de su cerebro, aprender a cuidarlo y comprender la importancia de gestionar sus emociones desde temprana edad.
Agradecemos a ambos profesionales por su visita y por brindarnos herramientas claves para acompañar a nuestros alumnos en su desarrollo emocional y cognitivo. 🌱

As part of our commitment to the wellbeing of our students, Y2 students received a visit from Mr. Idalino Rocha, one of the promoters of Mentescopia, a valuable initiative focused on child and adolescent mental health and their environment.
In addition, we had the presence of Ms. Natalia Garrido, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, who offered an enriching workshop on neuroscience and mental health, addressing essential topics such as emotional health and growth mindset.
During this activity, our students participated in practical activities that allowed them to get to know how their brain works, learn how to take care of it and understand the importance of managing their emotions from an early age.
We thank both professionals for their visit and for providing us with key tools to accompany our students in their emotional and cognitive development. 🌱
