Lmao Bobby was a fool back in the day, and it wasn't money lol. But he ran R&B in the late 80 early 90s. He could pop and lock too. After all he has gone through and been through, it's a blessing that he is still here with us. The King of R&B
People forget dont cruel sold 13 mill within 3 years of its release. Also the "bobby" album broke records and sold 3 mill with little promotion bobby was not to be messed with
Bobby confirmed on the breakfast club interview that it was his watch that fell not no “drugs” he said him performing with that could mess up his high later
I remember when Bobby Brown came to the American base outside Madrid to a club on the outside of Madrid called stones. I remember bobby brown cousin from the video. He started dance off with a friend of mine who could dance just as good as his cousin. BB cousin fell down. And he lost a dance off. It was all good fun.
This song is from the movie "Ghostbusters 2" with Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, the late Harold Ramis and Sigourney Weaver. There are a lot of scenes from the film in the video which I wish they watched.
LOVED you guys reactions and this was a stellar performance by Mr Brown. Also Arsenio Hall had a top late nite show back then,he gave a lot of black entertainers a spot on his show.Brown was the king of R & B in the late 80s &90s.
He dropped his watch. The band broke. There is a video out where they slow it down and u see its his watch. The rumor for years was it was his ❄️ but he cleared it up
This soundtrack #2 of The Ghostbuster franchise which he did the soundtrack too. The video had every major entertainer of that time in it. Even Donald Trump had a cameo appearance. People are final giving him his flowers after years of downplaying. I always say Usher R. Kelly and Justin Bieber have Mr. Bobby Brown to Thank for what he did for there style of music😍😎😍
Lot of folks thought he dropped a pacakage, Bobby said himself his package stayed in his pockets, he dropped either a brand new watch or wrist chain. i cant remember but the fact he said the package was in his pocket safe, ijs lol. Bobby words not mine.
This performance is nothing compared to the live AMA (American Music Awards) performance he did in 1990. You gotta check that one out. He did a 2 song medley. He tore that stage up.
52 year old GenX Rocky Mountain white dude, except for my maternal grandma who was Brazilian. Totally hooked on your channel. Have to make a request. Bobby Brown was in every collection in college, know he had his troubles but who doesn't? My request is my African American music love started with my dad's love for Motown, of course Jimmy Hendrix, Commodores, Earth Wind and Fire, George Clinton/funk and kind of ended when MTV stopped introducing me to other genres. I feel like I've missed 25+ years of so many types of music that come from black artists. TLC, Bobby Brown, Ice T, etc. were loved by everyone. Anyone interested in sending recommendations I'm open. I retired from white collar and work a machine shop I bought into and music plays all day, slayer metal and 80s stuff needs a little variety.
Do you want to hear old school R&B from the 80's and 90's or Pop music from today? I can listen to most genres up until maybe mid 2000's. Do you like Neo Soul artists like Jill Scott and Erykah Badu?
@@rochellelove3785 Old school R&B my dad was a huge fan, still have tons of his LPs from 60s and 70s. Also, back when everyone watched MTv and VH1 lots of outlets even FM radio pretty much kept us up on newer stuff until early to mid 1990s. I am looking for a really broad range, mid 1990s until now, no specific genre, just stuff that is good or even someone's favorite. Can be old, new, any style, just stuff that the invention of the MP3 and on demand music keeps siloing everyone in their old routine and favorites further separating anyone of any race from exploring new stuff outside of our normal lives.

@@rochellelove3785 That's exactly what I want, stuff I've never heard of. I'm off to make a playlist to play at the shop today. I honestly don't care what race an artist is, don't care about race at all. I'm part Brazilian and lived there for a while when I was young and I love stuff from all over the place.... Latin America, Europe, doesn't matter. Good music is good music. Thanks for putting that together, I'll check them all out.
@@BB-yh5rd No problem. I didn't know if you just wanted the name of the artist or good songs from them. Instead of listing entire discographies, I thought maybe you could preview a song from each to see if you liked. Let me know. Most songs were a chilled out vibe to help you relax with maybe a few party songs thrown in. I think you can play most of them at work as background music. May it help your time go by smoothly.
Can you guys please react to New Edition's You Don't Have to Worry remix. The one with the video. bobby was all the way in his element on that track and video. I promise you're going to love it.
While Bobby was no angle, he was pretty much the fall guy in Whitney’s demise in order to protect the image Whitney was forced to live up to: a clean cut pop princess. In real life, she was a regular homegirl from around the way (she was from East Orange, NJ, which was and still is no joke. Yes, whitney was from the hood, just like Bobby), was already an addict due to her brother, and was bisexual. Clive Davis and her mother protected her image as much as they could, even at the expense of Bobby and Robyn, her best friend and her former girlfriend (whitney obviously was closeted at that time). By the time they divorced, Bobby began the journey to get clean, while Whitney struggled to get clean, which led to her tragic death. RIP to both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina
I don't think he would bring that stuff with him during a performance. I read that a piece of his watch was what fell on the ground. Yes, Bobby Brown was a dynamite performer. There is a reason he is the King of Stage.
I went to his concert he was a bad ass one of the best concerts ever performing his solo album every little step he was so good I will never forget it
Bobby Brown and MC Hammer were two of the highest energy gigs i've ever been to.

He ran all of music between 1988 to 1990 he was the biggest musical act in the world
Bobby doesn’t get enough credit for how great of an entertainer he was
Was fortunate to see Bobby Brown in concert when he first went solo 🔥Great concert 🎵 dude was amazing 🔥
Shawn you caught that drop and recovery so fast!!!
It was drugs. LOL. I'm guessing he took it before this performance and after. LOL.

The older performers put today's performers to shame. Bobby Brown, MC Hammer among others.
I like his song, MY PEROGATIVE more. He really moves in that one
My favorite was don’t be cruel and Roni
I still love Rock Witcha :)

It was his watch or bracelet that fell from his wrist
According to Teddy Riley, back in the day bobby was on everything. Meaning he was doing all sorts of drugs in the late 80's, and throughout the 90's.
On Whitney's dime too with her.
Please react to Grandmaster Melle Mel and The Furious Five. Song is called Beat Street Breakdown.
Can’t wait for someone to confirm “the package” inquiring minds want to know
It was his watch or bracelet if you slow the video down you can see it fall off
A flower guys
This is a lot different from the Bobby Brown of today before he spit on Whitney Houston
You should react to My My My by Johnny Gill. Johnny was in the teen group New Edition with Bobby Brown.
He was hella skinny and the watch just slid off with the dance moves
Donald Trump featured in the original On Our Own video 😂
Lol yes they need to watch the video
One of his live performances he dropped a bag of you know what. I’m not sure if this is the one
His watch came off his wrist.
A bag😂
His watch

He dropped a bag of cocaine and was smooth picking it up so no one noticed 🤣
It was his watch.
Y’all are so ignorant it’s his watch, you can literally see it come off his wrist
Ghostbusters 2 😂
They didn’t have him arsenio because he was kicked out of new edition for his drug use. Which also killed Whitney and his daughter
But he wasn’t the one who started the drug use, respectfully; and through all the adversity he got his life together ❤️
