- This fan game for Deltarune Chapter 3's secret boss is pretty insane, and has some cool mechanics! The fight is really interesting and makes use of the Green Soul which we haven't seen in Deltarune yet, so I hope you'll enjoy :)

To be honest, it would make much more sense for Kris to use the literal *SHIELD* instead of the sword to parry attacks.

Hey, game characters can’t see outside the box, so you can’t tell them what to do.
I feel like too many people are complaining about toby taking too long. Not many people realize how much detail goes into this game. Take for example virovirokun enemy from Chapter 2. I challange you to sit down and think of an enemy like that out of the blue. A completely random encounter with its own unique design and battle dialogue for each act for each character, also a completely unique attack for ONLY ONE NORMAL ENEMY ENCOUNTER. Toby has to make 7 Chapters worth of these. Not to mention how hard the story is to piece together especially now with the snowgrave route, toby also has to pull many twists and turns with characters and plot because if he did the same thing for every chapter it would get repetitive. This game is NOT easy to make. Have a little patience. In the meantime, watch content like this, play other great games, hollow knight, omori, one shot. Let Toby do his thing the game will end up bad if he rushes it.
yeah. as a person who plays alot of games. You can tell the effort put in. Every unique part. It makes every game different from one another.
Fun fact: Toby already has the full story written and everything, he’s got the full script from chapter 1 to 7, it’s just the game development that’s taking long. Really hate seeing people rush Toby.
Another example I can give is in chapter 1 when you meet the first rudinn if you fight it. Then go out of the room and come back it will respawn and when u get in the fight it will say "A different rudinn from before drew near!" LIKE WHO THINKS TO ADD SMIPLE LITTLE DETAILS LIKE THAT? SO SO SO MUCH DETAIL GOES INTO THE GAME IT IS MIND BOGGLING HOW PEOPLE STILL THINK ITS OKAY TO BULLY TOBY INTO RUSHING IT

@@uroshyx2893 or how in both chapters, if you go back to the first checkpoint of the respective chapter you get a message about pointless backtracking or hacker appearing in various places after recruiting him(not only the queen mansion), and other littles things in the chapters.
Considering the green soul allows us to block attacks, and is related to the fallen human that wore an apron and used a frying pan, I am convinced they were blocking/parrying literal magic with their sick pan flipping skills

I just realized there is no green crayon like the drawer when you start the game. Whoever made this mod pays attention to toby's games amazingly.

Not sure if anyone pointed this out, but I think the reason Skraty’s xylophone doesn’t have green is because there isn’t a green crayon in the crayon box(drawer from chapter 1)
Based on a bunch of different things, the enemy’s simple yet specific design, the common theme of enemies being discarded items, the attacks, and that this was originally Japanese, this enemy was definitely originally a teru teru bozu.
The dev is Chinese not Japanese
From what I can tell, this character is a boss drawn from crayons, presumably by Asriel, as the crayons included are all of them except green. The crayons included also form a xylophone shape, hence why they try to create a melody but of course since the green crayon is missing
Why? Does asriel just not like green?
In Deltarune, you can look in a cabinet in Toriel’s house, and the green crayon is missing. It’s theorized the green crayon is Ralsei.
It looks like a Japanese weather doll one fact that i think why is that it uses snow in one of the attacks
Skraty has a cool aesthetic, many chapter 3 concepts incorporate spamtons tinted glasses into the colour scheme yet Skraty has an interesting design, even if they kinda look like ralsei lol, in chapter 2 the justice soul is changed to include the BIG SHOTS and puts a spin on it, the kindness soul is also changed in this way with including a parry function, which i think is really cool.

I have to say I like the idea of more secret bosses who are only encountered once and not multiple times. This is how it went with Jevil after all

I really like the green soul mechanics here. It might make for some good practice for people wanting to get into more complex green soul fights.
I'm going to try and beat this without charging the soul(except for the first time, since it seems to be mandatory)
You can do it.
When we designed green soul, we said It should like yellow soul, without charge you can no hit it also.
Press X to slow down the shield, that may help.

If you thought heal prayer was insane in this mod, try equipping devilstail AND dealmaker to Ralsei. Those items make his heal prayer heal 90 HEALTH.

For blue, there's "Mike's big showdown", which adds a ground pound to the blue soul. It did come out before the whole Tenna thing so it is outdated, but it's still a fun fight.

I think this may be a Deltarune take on Ink Sans with a canon story twist MINUS the Sans and universe concepts. Makes sense when you take the Sans-like intro into account.

Personally, for chapter 3, since it’s taking place in Kris’s house, I’d like to see Flowey be the secret boss. It probably sounds weird, but here’s why I’m saying this. There’s discarded flowers in the trash can, from the times Asgore has given Toriel flowers. The flowers in Asgore’s flower shop all look like Flowey, except the face of course. The flowers in the trash could manifest into Flowey, as how Jevil is the Joker card, and Spamton is either one of the computers in the computer lab, due to one crashing if Spamton NEO was defeated, or the printed out scam emails. I’d presume Deltarune Flowey would just be overall angry at Toriel (since she’s presumably coming with us in Chapter 3), maybe pretending to be nice at the beginning as a facade, like in Undertale. In reality, we probably won’t see Flowey again, but nonetheless I’m excited for what Chapter 3 4 and 5 have for us.

I like the idea of every secret boss having a soul color but with a charge ability with the exception of jevil and at the end makes use of them all at the end and mabe a mixture at the very end

I played this fangame before watching this video, and I got my butt kicked many times before finally killing the boss. It probably would have helped if I had realized there was armor that I wasn't using that makes Ralsei do significantly more healing.

i think the chapter 3 secret boss will be a flower that toriel threw in the trash with craion tooth(one will be missing from its mouth of course) maybe and there will be undine instead of susie and it could become stronger if you gave asgores flower to toriel in chapter 1

i tried playing this mod like a week ago and i don't really like the charged shield mechanic. it's very confusing knowing when to do it since there isn't any indication. and pressing the button while having to do the arrows is too much for me. i prefer what the ribbit mod did in their secret fight (everyname), where there are diagonal arrows and arrows that take 2 or 3 hits to break
