I workout daily and only wear Freetress Beach Curl. The hair definitely lasts and doesn’t tangle. Highly recommended for those of us with active lifestyles.
I'm about to put in the beach curl this weekend. I workout for an hour about 5 times a week and sweat a lot. Do you just put it up in a pony during your workout?
Lia, I consider you a crochet hair expert! I have been able to use Freetress Deep Twist for workouts that include swimming. It holds up pretty well while swimming 2 times a week and lifting weights with light cardio another 2 days of the week. So a total of 4 days a week of workouts. Of course this was before Covid. But I found I could keep that hair in for 4 - 5 weeks even with that schedule.

I work out 3-5 days and the locs holds up really well. Also have used some of the curly hair that works well. I usually ware my crochet hair for 8 weeks.

I think Freetress has Italian Curl. Model Model and Freetress are owned by the same company, no real difference in the hair. Straight from a beauty supply store owner's mouth!
I just took down the crochets I put in at the beginning of quarantine. I have been wanting to try the freetress boho locs. I started working out at the beginning of quarantine. I do Afrobeats dance workouts with Afrifitness here on TH-cam. Her workouts are quick and fun!

kimaya29 Yes I put the hair in a ponytail and wear a workout headband around my edges. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. 😊

Go to the settings on the video and slow down the speed to a comfortable pace for you. I just watched at 1.5 speed faster 🤷♀️😁.@@BiblicallyDevoted
