Its coming from photogrammatic data sets flown with a plane. Depends on the location. What area do you need?

@@danieltal3d thanks for the quick reply. UK and especially London. Those are not the same as Google Earth, right? Have you or some other team done a separate survey? That would be amazing, Google to this day still hasn't made their 3D scans publically available.

@@danielkrajnik3817 we contact google every couple of years to see if they will release it. Microsoft Bing Maps also has a great data set. They are both accurate to less than 1m. I would recommend getting a drone to create the scans if you want solid accurate detail. Its what I use in my practice. I do not think we have UK data yet but will find out. Do you use Revit?

@@danieltal3d yes, Revit Rhino and Sketchup I think are the main components for us, but it may change. There was an interesting plugin released for Blender to "download" sections of google earth in a similar fashion to nearmap in sketchup, but I am not too sure about the license. Your product looks like a great alternative for initial stages for architectural design. Agree, later on a detailed drone survey comes in handy as well

@@danieltal3d how did google explain why they are not releasing their 3D scans? Bandwidth, demand?

Is there a future subscription plan for this? it currently costs $200 per square kilometer.
