Hearing "Aaron Donald the rookie" during those first few clips was surreal. Hope he has a great retirement, I'm sure every qb in the nfl breathed a sigh of relief
Have a happy retirement From all the 12s in Seattle. So happy I dont have to see this guy twice a year anymore it has been a pleasure
Word. Every time we played the rams I was genuinely terrified for our players because of his insane strenghth
@@Liwtgaivetterrified OF your players FOR his insane strength?! 😳👀🤣🤷🏽♂️ You stated it backwards! You mean terrified FOR your players, OF(or DUE TO) his strength
Poor Russell had to take the worst of AD more than any other QB lmao. no other QB in the NFL got sacked more than him, by a lot. Every game vs the Seahawks Russell was always under pressure, it was like watching a pitbull chase around a cat everytime they played
@@only1adonisoh no, the grammar police is here 🤣 shut up. No one cares
3 words that will always be remembered “Where’s my ring”. One of the greatest to ever do it. 99 gonna be in Canton soon.
His back-to-back clutch plays on 3-1 and 4-1 was two of the most clutch defensive plays I’ve ever seen. Especially the last one, considering how Chase broke Jalen Ramsey’s ankles moments before Donald got to Burrow to swing him around, and force the incompletion. He literally won the game for us, and I genuinely don’t think that we would’ve won had he not been there, especially with how Ramsey was getting cooked by Chase all night
@@JYoung-fl8fc Don't forget about the free TD the Bengals were gifted to start the 2nd half
One of the all-time greatest defensive lineman ever. Thanks for all the memories Aaron, enjoy your retirement.
@@JYoung-fl8fcname 10 better then since you know so much football
GREATEST DEFENSIVE LINEMEN EVER
@@ChillKenny He ain't answered you means he's scared to tell the truth that AD is the 🐐
@@ChillKenny Bruce Smith, Reggie White, Kevin Greene, Julius peppers
As a Seahawks fan, it was tough seeing Aaron Donald wreak havoc on our quarterbacks year after year. However, witnessing the excellence of AD's performances at the highest level was truly a privilege. He's a surefire first-ballot Hall of Famer.
Will go down as my favorite all time Rams player. I’ve never seen a player dominate and have the work ethic to be better while already being great. Dude helped change the franchise from a laughing stock to getting them a title. Thank you Aaron for everything you did for the Rams, can’t wait to see your HOF speech!
The way he'd throw around professional athletes always brought joy to my heart.
It took him 4:47 in an 18 minute video to go from "Rookie" to "best defensive lineman". Legend, it's been a pleasure watching you ball out.
Thanks for the memories big guy, you're the one who made me fall absolutely in love with the game and become a fan of defense. Gonna miss seeing you annihilating triple blocks, but I'm so glad you got a ring and stuck with my favorite team. Thanks, big guy!
Russell Wilson gotta have PTSD from Aaron Donald.
And my Steelers are about to have a losing season because they decided it would be a good idea, to trade away Kenny!
@@LiamDeegeget off the gear buddy. You seriously need help if you think Pickett could even polish Wilson’s shoes. The guy is a sook and proved it more than once instead of trying to prove he should’ve been QB1. Good riddance because he ain’t got ‘Steeler heart’
@@dogthatshags I’m not trusting Wilson under center until proven otherwise.
AD the first dude i seen in awhile to be top 3 in the top 100 especially as a defensive player his stats and plays are insane. good to see him win a chip. great to see greatness.
I've been a RAMS fan since a kid , I'm 60 now, seen a lot come & go, Thank you AD you are one of the GREATEST ever, especially against the niners which we hate lol... RAM'S FOREVER!
Sad to see him go. Guy is a beast. Best wishes to him for his retirement
How do you not have the game-ending plays in the Super Bowl and NFC CG on here?!?!
This Tank of a man is a time capsule of success, taking down all the legends he grew up watching, then to dominate at a supreme level. If only Rams took Mack too!
It’s always crazy when you here “______ the rookie” for any player and see where they are now. What a career for 99 💙💛🐐
The defensive tackle GOAT,no doubt. He was,a force of the nature and a nightmare for the quarterbacks. Happy retirement to Aaron, from a Ravens fan.
Aaron Donald is not just a HOF’er but is up there with LT, Ray Lewis,
Prime and others on the D side and is one of the the greatest of greats
As a Rams fan, I’m sad to see him go… AD99’s the greatest to ever do it man!!
I remember all these games. And rewatching the highlights. Buying the jerseys. Yelling at the TV. "Get him Aaron!" When the Rams were not good to winning the Super Bowl. It was a fun and quick 10 years. Love that guy. Already miss him. Enjoy Retirement ADMVP99. Rams legend.
I WILL ALWAYS APPRECIATE GREATNESS. Aaron Donald, you are the Lawrence Taylor of our generation. You will truly be missed. 🙏💯
Ram. Champion. Legend. Enjoy your retirement 99. Thank you for everything you did for my favorite team and us fans. I'll never forget the game-clinching pressures on Burrow and Garoppolo
It's kinda crazy how legendary his pass rushing is, but his most looked over ability is his run stopping. I've seen legendary pass rushers and run stoppers respectfully, but never both to a degree that makes him a menace in any situation like Aaron Donald.
One of the greatest! Definitely will be missed. Raider Nation wishes you a very good retirement GOAT 🐐
WELL MISS YOU AARON EVEN THOUGH UR THE SOUL REASON MY TEAM LOST THE SUPER BOWL WE WILL MISS YOU!! ❤️❤️
At first, I was having a hard time realizing which player Donald was on the field but then I saw his explosiveness off the line and then I didn’t have to figure it out anymore 😂😂
Man that dude makes the game so much fun
What a career for Aaron Donald he was an absolute beast! Definitely a future hall of famer
10 seasons doesn’t seem very long, but he was around back with Peyton and Ben were still playing and the Rams had the golden horns on the helmets. That’s crazy, he really might have been the best DE ever. Hope he has a cool retirement
Time sure goes by fast, I remember like it was yesterday, studying the draft class he was a part of. A huge insult he went as low as he did, his college tape is arguably the most dominant at DT ever. An undersized DT with the speed to slip by OL, but also the power to tackle two players at the same time. Thank you AD, from all of us in LA, it was a pleasure.
Even as a 12 who suffered every time this guy lined up against the seahawks, he was always a pleasure to watch and one of the greatest to ever do it. I'm grateful for living in the age of AD, Brady and many more.
that second cam newton sack my LORD! i will miss AD so much for my rams. thank you #99 the true defensive GOAT!
One of the greatest to ever do it
Crazy how many hall of fame QBs he sacked in HIS ROOKIE SEASON
Bro was slamming quarterbacks since day one 😮💨💪🏼
End of an era 😤 grateful he blessed us with his greatness
Kyler Murray and Russ were going through hell when they seen Aaron Donald come through that o line
The things he was able to do as an interior lineman were insane.
I’ll miss you brother been watching you since 2015 and never a dull moment I was watching you at like 8 years old and I grew up watching you I love you bro enjoy your much deserved retirement 🎉
The collective sigh of relief from all the other NFC West teams just goes to show how absolutely dominant this guy was. Top 3 DT ever. Double and triple teamed regularly and still got to the QB. Insane talent.
THANK YOU AD FOR GREATNESS ND LEADERSHIP! HAVE A GOOD RETIREMENT AND LIFE! RAMILY4L 🦍🐏
Thank you AD! I'm grateful to see a player of your greatness in my lifetime play for my team. Good luck in all you do. RAMS Forever!!!
Greatest D lineman of all time 💯
What a Goat im just happy to have witnessed his greatness! Ram nation is in somber mood.
AD wrecked everyone's favorite teams at least once. No Chiefs fan will ever forget the MNF shootout and the smackdown he gave us.
He just made most offensive linemen, just insignificant..
He made it look too easy!
But, his preparation and techniques as well as his outstanding drive for perfection! Will possibly never be duplicated !!!
He's earned his recognition and praises as well as his fine retirement to come!
Best wishes and true blessings to him and his family!
Salute to 99. One THE BEST to ever do it!! Enjoy your retirement big fella!
Never will see a player on this type of level ever again and I’m glad I got to witness greatness 🐐
The greatest interior defensive lineman to ever play football. Thank you for everything Big Man!
one of the best to ever do it, enjoy your retirement AD 💪🏽
Greatest defensive lineman in the history of the NFL.
I used to dream about a quarterbacks greatest nightmare... Lawrence Taylor playing along with Aaron Donald on defense.
Ah man, Jamaal Charles. I haven’t thought about him in a while. He was one of my all time favorites to watch.
Truly the greatest defensive player of all time. You can take Aaron Donald & plug him in any era and he'd still be great. I wish he got to play for my Raiders for at least One year. Big respects to the GOAT.
You know greatness is unfolding, when as a rookie by your 3rd game, you're facing double and triple teams. I've never seen a DT, hell even many true DE with Donald's closing speed. He got there so fast that Kyler Murray half the time didn't even bother trying to run away. Best to ever do it at that position. Happy retirement AD!!!
greatest to ever do it, it was an absolute honor and joy to see you line up as long as you did champ 🗣
Rams should've just kept those classic uniforms as their primaries
As a rams fan TAHNK YOU AARON DONALD. I’ve had the opportunity to watch you dominate from day one and will truly be missed. Good luck in your next life! And thanks for the chip!
One of the Aaron Donald’s of all time
The best to ever do it enjoy your retirement and family as a rams fan you gave us many great years and proud you retired as a ram
3/4 of those sacks would've been roughing the passer this year. lol
His hand work and moves are unreal
He will always be my favorite Rams ever.
Aaron Donald looks like he should be in movies. Somebody needs to make him the next movie hero.
He's Going To Be a Future Hall of Famer Thank You AD For All That You Done for The Team and Wish you A Happy Retirement 👏👏
AD your on RAM'S Mt. Rushmore next to Fearsome foursome! THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES..... GO RAM'S!
The last St. Louis rams player went to the superbowl became a Champion all time all pro stout throughout his career as a St. Louis native and still rams fan man you will be missed in the nfl but enjoy your retirement
First ballot hall of famer not even a question about it! Aaron Donald was one of a kind 🙏🏽
Supernatural work ethic and dedication. A true soldier since his time in STL, gon miss this workhorse. He played the game efficiently and perfectly because he loved his job. But now I understand clearly while its time for retirement. Its been real, all Imma say. Top 5 all time for this STL/LA HOFer.

He is without a doubt the best player to do it in his position this century, but I’m also extremely bias. Love you AD!!! A champ got his ring!!!
4:58 is an absolute gem of a play. Wow!
People who think arron donald the goat D linemen⏬
Wilson will never forget his man, he broke his finger and break Wilson starting streak.
He is the man who talk like a kid but so scary on the field.
Monster 👊🏽
Happy retirement you legend
The forearm and hand strength is insane. Grizzly bear paws.
Aaron Donald is one of the best defensive players of Rams 🐏 history. Enjoy your retirement AD😊❤
BEAST!! What did he have against the Cardinals though? That looked personal lololol
Signing Jimmy G, Fuller gone, Donald retired… Not a good day for us Rams fans😢
Jimmy g is fine as a backup relax lol hopefully it was just cheap. Also just for a year :)
The speed at which he win get a pass rush win was insane. Sacking QBs before they can even fake a handoff.
yo, I was here!
I’m not a rams fan at all but I don’t think a lot of people realize what a dominant force this guy was.
Easily top 3 in his position all time
The amount of times seeing Russell getting sacked by donald is pretty funny 😂
Some of the best film u can watch 🔥
It’s sad to see some of the best go like this, man had an amazing career
The two most important plays in his career, the Jimmy G pressure to win the NFC and the play to win the Super Bowl aren't in this reel? Wild.
The best to ever do it, Phew, I'm happy that we dont have play him twice a year. Have a great retirement 99 much love you deserve it ❤
Have a great retirement Aaron! As someone who saw you play at Pitt, I knew you were going to be special.
Salute 🫡🫡🫡 Aaron Donald THANKS 4 the Memories 🙏🙏🙏
Dude was a monster at what he did normally, but watching him run with the ball the rare times it happened is interesting. The league should be glad he wasn’t a RB. That kind of power and momentum at 280 or whatever… the first 3 guys aren’t bringing him down. Derrick Henry with less top speed but more compact frame.
This man and JJ were who I looked up to as a kid
Have a happy retirement Aaron Donald, from a cowboys fan!
Yo, I am an older than Christmas. If you told me, 'Aaron Donald tackles Jamal charles.' I woulda said you are outside of your mind.
Can't belee he has been around that long. God bless, you. You are a monster.
He was a beast from the moment he walked in till the moment he retired
Aaron Donald is the greatest DT of all time. I won’t say greatest defensive player I’ll give that to LT , but AD is definitely top 5 defensive players of all time
He changed the NFL
Yall oh my god what a monster aaron donald was man 😮
As a Seahawks fan, the NFC West as a whole, is hosting Aaron Donald's retirement party.
Its crwzy to notice how the longer the video got the more you see teams double teaming and sliding protection to him. And yet he was still doninant
Not having his game-winning play in the Super Bowl is a crime
Nor the wcf on jimmy g
True, but having the Super Bowl MVP cast in the 3rd quarter is a crime imo. Should have at least been coMVP. I couldn't believe when I learned this fact. One of the greatest players ever! We will miss you!! Horns up!!!!
@@YuccaTrash79Donald doesn't get to 'win' the game if Kupp doesn't have the most clutch drive by a wide receiver in a Super Bowl ever
Agreed!!
@@amulyashekhar2999 you’re ignoring the part where he said the voting for SBMVP is cast before the game is over, which is a fact
