I know this was basically an ad for an air fryer but I enjoyed it. 🙂 Looks like a great air fryer, but $500 is too much for me even with the 10% off ($450). I got mine off Amazon for $100 a couple of years ago, and it wasn't until then that I realized that I CAN make wings as good as a place with the initials BWW. So easy -- coat them with oil, then in the af for about 25 min at 375 (flip them about 2/3 of the way through). Then when they're done, put them on paper towels and salt them and serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing, or toss them in a sauce. Never doing them in a traditional oven again!
He hates the sear on it, but he's sponsoring them and he can't or won't say it. The sear is absolutely pathetic except for the sides. Although in a sandwich like that you would probably not mind. As long as the steak is not standalone 😐

Regarding flats vs. drums, I go for an even mix. However, this part is important - alternate between the two. The contrast makes both of them better. Same thing with soft vs. crunchy tacos. Alternate, trust me.
Please make a video about what a normal day of breakfast lunch and dinner with Guga looks like. From a viewer pov I understand that you don't exclusively eat steak all day. Itd be nice to see how you guys balance your diets to remain healthy while eating like kings.
I'm no Cuban but I use kosher dill and also some hot sauce mixed in the mustard. His looked so good never knew about the triangle cutting in Miami though.

You can slice the bottom of a drum and pull all the meat up to make a lollipop and you can severe the connection on one side of a flat so you can bite the whole thing to the bone. It turns them into finger food. It's great, you should try it.
Try the big Motzy-Stick as a roll-up. Maybe as a medium Motzy-Roll-Up. Use a cheese slicer along the full length of that block of cheese. Hard freeze the slice. Then flour, egg, & Cheeto dust. Air-Fry it. Let it crisp up. Roll it. Then maybe Air-Fry it more.
My air fryer is a quarter of the price and holds more food. Its a vortex. Though its in the description, you didn't mention it straight away that its a sponsored video. Something about that seems disingenuous to me. Food looked good though. Classic Guga flare none the less.

A friend gave us an air fryer last week. My first. I WAS thinking about the joys of crispy air fried vegetables... but now I'm kinda thinking making some cubano's. Those looked fantastic.
This seems nice, my fryer only goes to 400. I like your steak and pork sandwich, both look very nice. Pork is the greatest idea ever for air fryer, with rub !. I am marinating some pork loin now. It's brown sugar, iodized salt, onion, garlic powder, mustard powder, some smoked paprika for red. Makes a brown and red crust and drippings. I poke some holes in the pork loin. I go through a lot of spices, making this rub but I love it. 25 minutes later, the whole half loin is done, it's my personal favorite to make in the air fryer. It's a lot of meat, but I finish usually by myself in a day or two. I serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. You can slice it thin for some sandwiches, MMMM smoked gouda would be perfect for this pork sandwich !. I should go buy some gouda, i got muenster instead. Some pickles, some mustard, some pickled red onions. Bacon is always good. Gouda perfectly rhymes with Guga !. The audience goes wild.
I like drums because they get extra crispy bits around the edges, but I like flats because they are easy to eat and seem ultimately to have more meat. I think you need both for the full wing experience.

I cook my ribeyes in my air fryer. It takes about 14 or 15 minutes and they come out perfect medium rare with great rendered fat, great crust, and ridiculously tasty. I have a rub that I put on them that is essentially salt, pepper, garlic, and honey, and they are incredible. It amazes me how evenly and incredibly these things cook. Certainly makes cooking steaks faster and less time-consuming because I don’t need a probe testing the temperature. If it’s a 1 inch or more steak, 15 to 20 minutes at 385 is all you need for a perfect medium rare steak. I never had one before, and when my neighbor sold his condo beside me, he gave me his, and I wouldn’t want to live without it. Though, it does have a smaller basket… I plan on getting a larger one soon. I agree with others that $500 is way too much for that. I’ve seen ones that were the size of microwaves that could fit a ton of food that are $200 or so and are rated top-notch. Also, a lot of newer ovens now have air frying built into them. Many of them you can get for $500-$1000… Depending on what you’re looking for. No, flipping, no probing… No nothing. Just perfect every time.

I'm not sure a bigger basket makes much sense. The big advantage of an airfryer is that the chamber is smaller than an oven, so things cook faster and the whole thing uses less power. When expanding the cooking chamber you either need to add more heating elements and fans or leave things in for longer which uses more power.
As much as I go for drums more because food with a handle seems ideal to me, I feel weird not eating flats. I think that if you don’t eat both, you’re not eating wings!!!

I make everything - chicken thighs, potatoes, fries, pork belly. Basically anything you would put in an oven, but can't be bothered ;] The results are also more consistent.

i know this is 3 months ago, but i will answer your question honestly. both the flats and the drums are amazing, but some people love drums more because there is more meat in them and some people love flats more because they like working for the food and because it tastes better to them

I just got a tiny one for 22 dollars (for my dad) and a 5 liter one for 80. I use it almost every day. Twice today, actually.
