Wow, $150 spacer lift and you can fit 37’s on a base Bronco. Pretty cool! The only thing I worry about is snapping the axles and tie rods with that much tire. Anyway, nice video!
Yeah- I saw a guy on Bronco6g snap his tie rods and damage his steering rack but he was being 'pretty aggressive' on a climb. But truth be told the tie rods do look a little wimpy and would probably be a solid thing to upgrade if/when aftermarket options come out. Thanks for watching F2F! -Justin
For a base bronco I agree. Because it comes with the m190 instead of the 220. My bronco is a badlands SAS. And even I am spending the money to upgrade my steering tie rods etc to the tune of $3000. Thankfully I allready have the m220 and will be fine for everything I do.

After a proper alignment the truck drove like a stock Bronco, honestly. Sure there are inherent changes you'll notice when upping tire size drastically, (slightly sluggish, incorrect Speedo) but no real issues to speak of. Thanks for watching Maxis. -Justin

Hello. I'm watching the video. I'm driving Bronco Outer Banks in Korea. Currently, the Rough Country 2 "lift. Crash bar removal is complete. The wheels are 22*10 /-18 offset, and only the wheels are purchased. I plan to purchase tires, but the 37 tires are mounted without any problems, as shown in the video, so is it possible to drive on the road? ?For reference, I don't enjoy off-roading. Please reply.
1" level would get them on there but I would expect it to be tight with minor rubbing at full lock. I'm not aware of any 2" kits that are compatible on the Sasq rigs but I do know that Maxlider bros have a 4" kit that will DEFINITELY work. I'm just not sure how the factory suspension/CV's are going to like that aggressive of a lift without dropping the front diff. -Justin

Absolutely. However the issue you run into with a spacer lift like this will be the lack of full suspension travel, and the possibility of accelerated wear on dampers due to bottoming out the strut on hard hits (high speed off road). Now for most people this won't be an issue however if you plan on going 'full send' off road then a coilover will be the better way to go, albeit the more costly way. Thanks for watching! -Justin
I think the 35’s are good for daily driver and still looks mean 37’s looking amazing but if your just a daily like myself and live in a snowy area it’s just way too much tire for daily
what wheel offset are you running here?? I’m about to try it with -21, offset fuel rebel wheels and 37 x 13.50. Nitto ridge grappler tires.. I still have a chance to stop the wheels if the offsets going to be too much.

This is Korea, but in Korea, only the Outer Banks without the sasquatch package is imported. In order to install 35-inch tires, I just need the offset changed wheel, 35-inch tires, rough country 2" lift kit with original shock absorber and remove two bars inside the wheelhouse, right? Is there no problem without changing shock absorber and spring if I just do this? Please reply me.
Thanks Rodney! So with our rig, we have the 2.7L with 3.73's and I will say the added power of that engine with the 10spd Auto certainly help make up for the bigger tires. However if you had a 2.3L and 3.73's, I'd probably recommend going up to a 4.7 gear or something similar. Thanks again! -Justin
Justin, what is the measurement from floor to roof with the 37s on? I've ordered the same 4 door with soft top and lift, trying to figure if I should go with 35s or 37s but has to fit in my garage.
Yeah, this is a very affordable option. I assume they make a different kit for Broncos with the different Sasquatch suspension vs this model that was non Squatched. I wonder how much a true coil over lift will run?

I have 2 inch on base model with 265/70-17. It came stock with the wheels and tires, but I added the lift. Just waiting on the free tires to wear out to upgrade. Inflation and all lol
0 offset on both sets- and yes, offset will certainly affect the chances of rubbing. Typically the more aggressive you get with offset (more poke) the better chance you have that the tires will rub. -Justin

You certainly have the gear for it for the smaller engine- but I would still expect some sluggishness and reduced MPG. I've seen a few 2.3's with a similar combo and the owners have reported it wasn't as bad as they initially thought. -Justin
I have a non Sasquatch 2 door Base manual and I always just start out in 2nd gear unless I'm starting out on a hill or something like that. I'm sure if I put 37"s on I would be fine starting out in 1st gear instead of 2nd. I only use the crawl gear off road and in drive thru's lol.
Due to the position of the truck on the hill the steering would not hold at full lock without me on the wheel. But trust me, it didn't rub at full lock. -Justin

I still don't understand this new obsession with 37's, unless you have a purpose build rock crawler. The 37's look comical on this Bronco, like a toy car. Not to mention the stress and strain put onto the drivetrain, with a significant loss of power. 35's are more than enough on the Bronco and looked in proportion with the rest of the truck. 35's also allow more flex and room so the tires can clear out mud. I'd probably only put 37's on a HD truck with solid axles. I do like the 2 inch lift.
What’s the deal with the crash bars and removing them? I hear the factory Sasquatch package doesn’t come with them so if you remove them to fit 35 or 37 s is it a safety concern?

I would always recommend an aftermarket upper arm if the budget allows- it will ultimately allow for more travel without risk of impacting the spring, not to mention the durability benefits of most aftermarket components. As for the gearing, the 2.7l with the 10speed Auto felt completely fine and not over worked at all. You certainly know they're there but it doesn't feel wrong, if that makes sense. I can't speak to the 2.3l but from what I've heard on some of the forums its not as bad as you may think. Hope this helps Rod! -Justin

I am looking for SPECIFIC information on the Bronco OUTERBANKS model with the standard tire and wheel combo, ( 255/70R/18 Bridgestone Dueler A/T RHS) not the Sasquatch package. I already know ground clearance runs 8.4-11.6 inches depending on model and max water fording on SAS is 33.5 inches Need specific info with the standard tire wheel size as mentioned above. Thank you, this is what I am looking for. 1 What is the ground clearance ? 2 what is clearance on the water fording ?
I’d be concerned with cv angles. There is a reason why the factory down travel isn’t 2” further than it is.
Get a diff drop but the cv shafts have done well with 40s. The real issues have been the tie rods and rack and pinion.

That's why you should just order a base Sas and get the HD dana 44s so you can run 35s -38s

Check out Broncbuster for steering upgrades for the tie rod issue. I wouldn’t worry about the axel issue unless your trying some wild rock crawling

With a bigger tyre .... How to Recalibrate speedometer?? Using Forscan ? Or there is anyother method ?
You can have the dealership recalibrate it or buy your own tuner.
FORscan you can do it , tutorials on TH-cam about it..

It definitely wouldn't hurt considering you are steepening the angle, however it's not necessary!

I think the Sasquatch already has 2" bigger suspension than non Sasquatch.

Id do the 3.5in if you plan on going offroad. Thar 2in shows those whells stuffed in there. I have a sasquatch and went with 3 just to be safe.

Different solutions apply for those with the Sasquatch package though
I'm thinking about it. Doing 2 inch, 37 BFG Load C (lightest tire!), replacing control arm and tire rods so it handles the new weight. Great vid.
It looks a little tight if I had to install chains on a worst cast situation, looks good though.
35s will definitely fit a little better compared to 37s, thats for sure. 35s will be easier on your wallet, too. 😅 -Zach

It still looks like after the lift the nose is still down. It seems like it needed to have different size in the front versus the back.

Big Bend can be Sasquatched. XT has several 2” spacer kits that lift front more than rear.

if you have the manual with crawler gear you could go allot bigger if they would fit and use Crawl as 1st.

I think the tire itself basically becomes the crash bar.
Ford literally writes the words "lift me baby" on the vehicle, then probably voids your warranty when you do.
