Mitch, The new 17" wheels look right with narrow wheel width. Shoulder Side Lugs are first to hit or ride against a rock or side wall. White bronco tires/wheel combo has no side lug protection. Sidewall hits the jagged rock before the lugs. Maybe it needs narrower wheels. As to the wheel rub behind tire. Lift compress tire and also other side to get realistic fit, as if wheel is up on a rock or in a hole. When I asked your Dad how to fit 37's under a 3-1/2 +1 EB, he said "CUT, CUT, CUT"... I did cut a lot, and it keeps center of gravity low.
@@wildhorses4x4 I just put the SVC perch collar lift in mine yesterday. Basically the same thing as the RPG except the SVC is now 2.25 up front and 2" out back. Still a slight performance rake and more clearance. Same blistein badlands articulation range as well. No CV joint worries. Just a thought!
@@TheSnowManTT any issues with this kit? I added a ready lift 3.5 inch level lift kit on my f150. And as good as it looks, the suspension never felt the same lol just won’t to know if this kit would degrade the suspension performance significantly or if it drives pretty close to stock. Hoping to do this kit with 37s
Any plans to develop fender flares that mimic the EB fender design (top half of a Hexagon)? I would think if you made them somewhat high-line, you could hide the factory rounded flange. These rounded fenders are probably my least favorite feature on the new broncos. If you could camouflage that, I think you'd have a winner!
@@roywoodstrom697 Nice ! I have an OBX Non-SAS on the way and I really want to run 37s but keep getting conflicting info on the rubbing. I’m thinking of going with a 3.5” or 4” lift. Personally I think the offset probably has the biggest impact on whether it rubs or not.
The +18 would definitely be your best shot. It definitely wouldn't be ideal for any kind of off-road scenarios but if you just want the beefy look of 37s, that +18 would be your best bet.
great vid! what offset are those fuels? i just got some kmc 17x9 with a -12 offset and nitto ridge grapplers 35 x 12.5 for my outer banks with sas. do you think I will have a problem with rub?
How does the mounted size of those Baja Boss AT on the white 2D compare with the stock Sas tires? Both are 315’s so I’d wager they’re very similar. Cheers.
Yes! The flares we installed at the end of the video are aftermarket. There will also be several other options coming out. Sign up for the emails to stay up to date with new products!
My apologies to all the spares🙏 my actions and words were foolish and do not represent myself or the companies belief that all spares are created equal🖖
i followed your video ordering 37" mickey thompson baja ats with perch collar lift keeping factory sasquatch wheels 0 off set bronco buster stuff for steering and tie rods i should not have rub correct whats your opinion or do i need more .....90% on road 10% light off road
So there is still potential for rubbing. But it is minimal and shouldn’t cause any damage, especially if you’re doing light off-road. You can run the JKS tire clearance kit for even more peace of mind if you’re worried about it

Great content man, I just got myself some 37s but I went with a +18 offset and a zone 2 inch spacer lift. Also bought a tire high clearance kit.
Looks good, if your looking for a slight lift keeping the bilstiens for now, try the RPG perch collar lift. 2 1/4 in the front and 1 1/4 in the rear.
I'll check them out!

I think I heard your steering rack and tie rod end snap…
Wouldn't be surprised haha
Very nice! I have a set of 37 Toyo MTs but waiting for a lift kit for my Badlands.
What lift kit did you go with? Zones 3”?
@@fullspeedfordbronco didn't get one yet, waiting for Rough Country to come out with some options.
I couldn't wait any longer hahaha
I took out the grinder and put my 37's on haha.
How that go ?
Awesome video - love that you are there doing all the work yourself and explaining it step by step. Good stuff! - BUCKED BRONCO
More to come! Thank you!
Are these 12.50 or 13.50 wide?

There's definitely potential for it! I think it would look great!
Try the max clearance kit from jcr
Looks killer ! Do you think 0 offset wheels would fix the rubbing issues ?
I have a 2dr BaseSquatch. Tm I'm installing a 1" leveling kit, Method 703s 0 offset and 37" BF Goodrich KO2s. I'll lyk how it turns out.

We need a update
What is your final setup.with lift kit,,,upper arm,,,, lower arm,,etc....
We haven't done much as far as suspension. I'm waiting to see what else the market spits out.
I have a Badlands w/Sasquatch just like yours. Is there a way to fit 37s with no lift and no rub? Do you think a +18mm offset would help that?

Maybe a 1" level kit
@@freedomsrt8 I started with +20 and they rubbed the frame. Then I went to +1 with the fabtech leveling kit. Now I’m good to go.
IMO Just install a 3" body lift. Done

Mine are -12 as well. My pops was running 17x 9 Fuels with a -12 as well on a 35 Mickey Thompson and didn't have any issues rubbing.
@@wildhorses4x4 thanks so much for that info..well appreciated and keep up with the great vids!!
I’m getting-44 Fuel wheels and considering a 37 with a 2.5 Rough Country, do you think I will have problems

Definitely similar. Aside from the offset that the wheel provides, the setups are pretty much the same.
Those wheels are sick
Thanks!
Very 😎. Thanknyou for the great content.
Thanks for watching!
Thank god for those beadlocks wouldn’t want to break a bead on those curbs 🤣
Exactly! Especially the curbs that aren't ADA approved!😂
Are those new flares any wider or narrower than the SAS ones?
1.25" Wider than Sasquatch package flares: www.wildhorses4x4.com/product/air-design-new-bronco-wide-fender-flares-4-door-FO34E11/4-Door-Bronco-Body-Parts
That’s what lift kits are for!
100% haha solving problems😂
What Bronco trim do you have??
I have the Badlands with the Sasquatch package.
Since the fenders are removable, will there be aftermarket options?

Yes, I thought you were serious 👀 👀
HAHA no, not quite yet😂
For some reason those look quite a bit bigger than 37s… 🧐 definitely a beefy haha
They're pretty massive! haha
3 tires and a spare? What are spares not tires anymore? Spares are tires too
How dare you that’s offensive

...nahhhhhh😂...okay well maybe
It ant a bronco if it isn’t 2 door
It’s whatever Ford says it is
Yeah…keep telling yourself that!
You might want to jump on the “it ain’t a REAL pickup truck unless it has two doors” bandwagon too!
Oh, Jesus here we go again.
