Espresso should be started first in the tin then milk goes in a pitcher and as the milk pours put ice in the cup followed by the mocha into the pitcher with the milk. Add the Espresso to the pitcher, stir and pour over the ice. Doing it that way makes it a little faster and those seconds here and there matter during peak times

The only problem is this: half the time when I ask for a "cocoa mocha signature latte" they end up giving me a regular latte...🤣 I want the warm cocoa mocha with the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle damn it! It's literally on the menu on the Dunkin site but my local Dunkin gets it wrong half the time.
