This video actually changed my life for making coffee at home. The way I tried to make iced coffee before kinda sucked, and never tasted good, but I just used these ratios and voila! amazing. 😄
I love it with vanilla and an extra shot of espresso! And even sometimes it sweet with an extra shot. Sometimes to the point where I won’t drink it cause it taste like sweetened milk! I’m going to try this at home!

I just purchased a DeLonghi espresso machine. No I didn't get the fully automatic kind, I wanted to have control when crafting my drinks. It does have a bean hooper and drinder but, I set the amount of beans it grinds and dispences into the portafilter and bean coarse, built-in tamper, pressure gauge and steam wond and I purchased from my local Acme a couple of bags of Dunkin Donuts Orgional Whole bean. I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS!!!
Thank you for showing me . I am going start on my Orientation today and I wanted to now the different between Dunkin and Starbucks Carmel Macchiato. My shift lead in Starbucks always told that Macchiato aka expresso always marks the drink . Starbucks is bit different because use syrups instead of sauce inside the drink . We really no stirring. For example we grande ( medium ) would have 3 pumps of vanilla fill up to third 3 time add ice leaving couple inches . Get 2 shots of expresso and pour on top and than add caramel sauce hashtag ship and two circles around to make Starbucks Carmel Macchiato Ice .
I've only ever gotten a macchiato made correctly once from the Dunkin I go to. I don't know if they stir it or just jiggle it too much when bringing it to the window, but the espresso is never sitting on the top.
I’m drinking one right now!!!!!!! Hahahaha 😂. I drink their caramel macchiato WAYYYYY to much LOL. every Sunday before church we get one😂🥰. And we get some on the weekends and anytime we see dunkin we have to stop HAHA. It’s cool to watch what goes in them 👍🏼👍🏼

Okay so if the customer wants almond milk or oat milk in whatever drink they want, which line do I fill up the milk to in the cup is it the 1st or 2nd?
Hot Vanilla chai with shot of espresso. And Why sometimes you guys take like 4 ounces off the top on a large? I feel sometimes they mix it on a medium cup then just pour it into my large cup and feel like they charge me for a large when im really getting a medium.
Just grab the cup fill with ice put however many cream and sugar it specifies and fill the rest with medium roast coffee (i think thats the name of it) idk if you still need to know after 9 months but for anyone interested this is pretty much how you make it I started yesterday and I think its one of the easier ones

Why does my drink NEVER look like this lol 9 out of 10 times my drink is mixed like a latte...and if it's not mixed you see a lil layer of espresso, white milk, ½ inch layer of flavor just chillin at the bottom of my cup errrr

The location im at they have a scanner were ill sent you to the link to apply n when u apply n fill all your information the managers gets an email immediately will ur apication. Then they will decide to call you for an interview or not.
Mine too.. TRIGGERED!! 😂 it's irritating!- that.. I go there at least 2 to 3×'s a week & ask for the very SAME drink, the SAME Exact way & at least TWICE a week they get it WRONG. These drinks are far too expensive, to be messing up all the time- it's VERY disresepectful .. & to top it off..mine NEVER looks like an actual macchiato either.. the whole reason I'm at this video is bc I was just there, a cpl hrs ago. I decided to take out my mountain bike for a fall ride, taking my precious ESA Bengal Kitty along w/.. this particular location doesn't seem to mind which is a surprise.. if I take my mountain bike through the drive thru. When I ordered there was no one else there for several minutes after I ordered. Their minds should have been focused on my order ..there's no excuse. It's a manager who took my order & was present during the process. I ALWAYS politely order a Large Iced mocha macchiato w/ THREE granulated sugars( instead of the normal 4), W/ whipped cream & choc drizzle on top.. & I tip too.. mostly to the ones who don't have a serious attitude that needs adjustment.. which unfortunately is often- it's like I've felt I gotta walk on egg shells, nvr knowing who's going to take my order lil own make it . I've also been told by one of the so-called managers, that the way I used to order my macchiato all the time for yrs.. up until lately because of this so-called manager.. I used to ask for cream instead of milk.. she said: " mm 🤔 NO. that's not the way we're trained to mk it, we're Not allowed to do that. You're not allowed to pick what type of milk you want.. it's made a certain way & that's that!" I couldn't help but think..I'm truly appalled- these employees are being paid to take, make serve & follow the orders/ instructions of customers(within reason). It's my money & I'm a customer paying for a service, to be served what I'm paying & kindly asking for! I didn't ask for something that is entirely outrageous! They also never get my sesame Bagel right either.. & half the time they don't even have the sesame Bagels available. I asked for a sesame bagel toasted with two strawberry cream cheeses.. nine times out of 10 they give of all things a darn boring plain bagel! Smh- No word of lie.. Nine x's out of 10, they'll give me liquid sugar, or they'll do four whole sugars, instead of the three granulated sugars I asked and Paid for to be done. & They almost always forget the whip cream & drizzle .. thing is a mistake every once in awhile is understandable not to mention if they are really busy or something but most of the time..in all honesty I don't go during busy times.
Tbh you are doing it wrong. A true macchiato always has the espresso shots on the bottom. Only one D.D that I been to did it the correct way and lol it was only done once. When I went back again they did it the way you do it. It’s so funny to me because honestly all you have to do is look at the advertising picture and it’ll show that it the shots are on the bottom and milk sits on top. Thank you for your videos though. I’m just a tad bit aggravated cause I really do like the macchiato 😄
You can make it your way that u like it. For a macchiato specially dunkin macchiato. Espresso over milk to make that layer. That's the correct way of making it

i work at dunkin and for a small it gets 2 shots/swirls then a medium gets 3 and the large gets 4!

It’s probably dairy. So almond milk and coconut are truly the best. Coconut milk taste good as a substitute in macchiatos.
