Great colour. Recently discovered your channel and loving the content. Question: If you don't have a duel injector, can you 'skin pour' the bottom of a fluke mould like the one you used here? Same question for most of the stick worm, punch bug and frog moulds you use?
Pretty cool custom creation man !!!! Finally had time to finish watching this . End result was awesome. I'd throw them all too but the trick worm is sweet !! That blood line mold makes for some endless possibilitys came out really sweet as well. Love when you do custom creations!!!!! Glad you're feeling better finally tight lines brother.
I use to use a grape colored worm with a hot pink tail, they would slay bass! But, I think If you added some silver and that blue colored glitter to it, it would really make it pop! Maybe add some pearl to it... What do you think?
Does the vacuum chamber make a clear difference between a bait that you use it on vs a bait that you don't use in the vacuum chamber? Just asking because I am starting to get into making soft plastics and I want to know if the vacuum chamber is necessary.
Love the worm color, however I wasn't sure if the gold flack was right (the large flakes) If you would have went to a dark blue and gold fine glitter that would have been the way to go, I'd buy it!
Awesome video brother. How would you go about getting the charcoal color to show up more? Was it just the heat difference? Love this color though. I'm wanting to do a tip cut bait but haven't made the time for it yet. Speaking of temp, when you said to shoot at a lower temp, what an ideal range? Thanks
I probably could have throw in 1 drop of white . 320-340 is usually optimal..but if I want swirls I'll shoot hotter.. sometimes if I'm making stuff just for my tacklebox I don't even take the temperature
Sir Brockton, there are quite a few mold makers out there including Do It Molds, Enforcer Molds, Basstackle, Bobstackleshop, Angling Ai, Delmart and probably a couple others. Does he have any pointers? He has a video on what all you need to get started and quite a few more on how to make various colors. You'll probably also want to visit places like Lurecraft, Spike-It (Lureworks), M-F Manufacturing and Dead On Plastix for supplies.
what Rick said haha...I haven't used every mold manufacturer though..there are some guys with way more experience using mold manufacturers than I..my favorites are Ai, Basstackle and BTS...Bears baits used to make really great stuff too but he is closed.
Could you pull the laminate look off by doing the split tail method? Shoot it, run a knife down the mold and cut off the top half? Better yet, how many times can you pull the split tail method off in one bait? Get three colors and pull off the bloodline look?
I looked at some bait supply places I seen they have all kinds thx I seen them laminated bags I searched an seems to me like barlows cheaper than anyone I found so far just some my friends wanted me make them some baits an ziplock bags to big I don't like my baits to move around I hate zoom baits cause it so hard to get straight baits the fish want hit a warped bait its not natural
my personal baits I mold plastic to the baits to keep them straight but u know people not want to pay extra for them baits like strike king charges for this process with there baits
gday i have just started and only useing plaster moulds for now my ? is how do i get them to flot i am trying out a soft plastic that i can get hear in austraila am i missing somthing to add to it thanks for a grate vido
I dont have much experience with plaster molds..but most plastic lures will float by nature, you can always add a true floating additive to them as well.
I make double tail grubs and I used lots of your colors and ideas sold lots of the sprayed grass Bass Pro has one it's called the general I can't figure out the colors I get close but I don't I can't get it right maybe you can help make one and I'll understanding the color formula thanks John
I think the word you were looking for is “viscosity.” That color turned out really nice. That swimbait mold is very interesting. I want to know how the bloodlines stay in place while injecting the mold? Do you add a little adhesive to the lines or are the lines on the swimbait mold cut thinner to keep the lines from moving? Seems like they would move if there is nothing to grip them in place. Great video. Thank you .
Hi over here in Ireland we use a worm called a maddie it is a type of a ragworm with a thin dark red blood line through it. Do or could ever make something like this
Thank you for the reply I thought as much as I have been making them by hand pouring I just thought that if they could be injection molded it would save me lots of time
I’m watch your video and I’m wondering if I upload a photo of a fluke will you be able to make it and how much would charge me for them. Thank you, Emilio
Great video but why black and orange on a fluke I never seen a black and orange Bait fish. Trick worms were a cool idea and I could even see a frog with black and orange. And I bloodline Shad looks really awesome. None less great video on pouring been thinking about getting into it your video is really helpful
@@WorldsWorstFishing I'm just OCD about being as natural as possible. I think there's a lot that can still be done with more natural colors. Like a motor oil and green pumpkin or cinnamon laminate grass grenade. I only tend to get crazy with my worm colors but most of the water here is gin clear
well that is sort of the goal really..to make colors that work, whether they look like something already found as natural forage or something totally foreign..natural hues are the trickiest to get right, look at some of the crawfish around the country, now those are a challenge!
You asked...so here's an idea. :) You're already trying to improve your hand pouring skills so why not hand pour the bottom side and then shoot the top? Could be more consistent laminates in asymmetrical molds like this fluke. What do you think?
For soft Plastics..in my opinion Oracle Lures, Stankx Baits, Paul Krew, Jeff Piil .... Those guys make incredible stuff..I'm sure there are others that I don't know about.
Paul Krew does some amazing work, he seems to be moving more in the direction of painting hard plastics here lately though. Nothing new like what you are putting out there.
Anyone catch my math error there at the end?? lol
how do you create a business with this line of work
7 not 6?
Looking forward to that coming video. This is what TH-cam is when it is at its best. Thanks.
That's quite a compliment...thank you
I dig the orange tail! That bloodline bait is just cool! Can’t wait to get them in and the weather cooperates to get out on the water!
I really like that orange tail. 👍
Just when i thought you could not get any better, you go and blow me away with this one, thank you.
haha wait until you see what's next.......watermelon red lol
Thanks for ur video on getting started making baits. After a couple weeks watching ur channel I started making my own baits
glad to hear!
I like all of the baits however I like the worms look the best you always do a great job. Glad you are feeling better.

Love the color it is awesome. The bloodline In that color looks great also
The tail on the bloodline being orange would be awesome
I see my order on the table. I can't wait to get them.
Shipping out tomorrow
@@WorldsWorstFishing 👌
I’m ready for my order too!
@@Haiku811 packaged up and going out tomorrow
No rush, out of town on a business trip
SICK COLOUR!!!!! I would leave it just as is👍
appreciate it...these were really cool
The Flukes look cool but the trick worms are absolutely awesome. That blood line swim shad looks good too.
Thanks man..and thank you for being one the long term viewers..I appreciate all of your comments and enthusiasm.
Nice color and result! That smoky glitter side reminded me of a Kalin Lunker Grub color.
Love all the colors great job

The bloodline bait make me look like I know what I'm doing haha..it's pretty awesome..tight lines yourself man.
Awesome blue fill colour swimbait
Thank you..I hope the customer likes them haha
Great color 👍🥁
why thank you
I sent in an email requesting info on cost for a run of baits and never heard back. Keep up the great videos.
which email did you use?
Color combos like "Green Sunfish" and "Tennessee Shad Crystal" by Luhr Jensen (on their crankbaits) would be very good indeed.
I'll have to take a look at those
I'm liking the new fluke molds.
me too, makes a great bait..even had a little bit of eye detail.
No beer this time? Hahaha... Excellent! Nice flukes! Regards. ;-)
That's a great spawning tilapia mimic, would be effective around imperial county
Like all the baits you make
Thanks man..hope you enjoy the videos
On the flukes id flip the colors black tail orange laminated with your pink with silver and blue glitter
Red tail charcoal and white pearl underbelly
Those trick worms would do well in my neck of the woods bouncing off some stick ups.
I think a clear with silver flake and orange tail and bloodline would be pretty awesome as well
Do you have a preference on the actual swim action of the different type of fluke molds as they swim through the water? Thoughts?
glitter combo is interesting.
WWF YOU SHOULD DO A CHRISTMAS THEME BAIT WOULD LOVE TO SEE WHAT YOU COULD COME UP WITH!!
I thought the same thing..I think the bloodline bait would make for a great Christmas color
Definitely!!!
You do have some awesome reds and greens. A Christmas Tree fluke. 🎄
I have a Christmas theme idea for a bait from Do It Molds. I won't get it done this year but I can definitely see it happening for next year.
Awesome !!! As always.
I appreciate it..hope you enjoy the channel
I'd take the rejects. Copper flake would look good on the belly too. It would play well with the tail.
I use to use a grape colored worm with a hot pink tail, they would slay bass! But, I think If you added some silver and that blue colored glitter to it, it would really make it pop! Maybe add some pearl to it... What do you think?
That trick worm will be killer down here at Suwanee
Those are awesome!
Thank you..it's the molds..they make me look good ha
@@WorldsWorstFishing 🤣 not likely. I'm sure good molds help but there is definitely a lot of skill there. I'd make a complete mess of it. Lol

Yeah that would look good...still go with orange tail or switch to gold tail?
Have you ever made just a black swimbait and see how effective it is? I made my first black one and can't wait to fish with it.
Don't think so...I throw black worms tho
The worms are awesome, you sound like a major league Announcer back in the days on the radio. Not to offend you in any way.
Haha none taken
You should call it black magic, it would look really good with neon green or purple tails
Yeah that sounds like a good idea man
Dope fluke colour
thank you..I can't wait to throw this one!
where do you get the color for the baits?

When starting your company and selling your baits. Where did you get your custom bags made for the plastics to go in?
I had them manufactured in Hong Kong China from a plastic bag manufacturer.
Nice
What kind of molds do you use? I am looking to get into making lures do you have any pointers?

BTS is back up and running after some health issues. (Or something like that.) I need to pay him a visit and check his molds, see what I like.
Maybe a slight bit of pearl in the bottom color just to give a little more separation?
A good idea..I find myself using more and more pearls nowadays
Could you pull the laminate look off by doing the split tail method? Shoot it, run a knife down the mold and cut off the top half? Better yet, how many times can you pull the split tail method off in one bait? Get three colors and pull off the bloodline look?
I think you need to do a black with silver, blue, gold fleck with a light blue tail
I can’t go to your link and I will like to buy a few mold
Where do you buy your bait packages
I think the color is great......it is going to work on those upcoming pre front overcast days....they will
Kill it
How much are those molds???
just wondering what you trick worm mold is... great video.
It's either basstackle or BTS molds..I can't remember right now
@@WorldsWorstFishing ok, thanks
were did you get your bait bags at ? does it matter how thick the bags are since of scent an oils

Yes..viscosity! haha..the bloodlines stay in place everytime so far, you just mash them in place and it stays. I use the adhesive for the eyes.
hey great video good job.
what is the interest to use vacum cuve can you explain me ? where to buy it ?
Have a nice day ;)
the vaccum chamber removes any air bubble that may be in the plastic. you can get one from BaitPlastics
@@WorldsWorstFishing thanks :)
Love the swim bait. How much would it cost to get some? I'm thinking watermelon with orange flake with a black blood line.
These are $9 for 6..
Have you ever done bama majic. It's a yum color
never seen that one before
Kinda a pearl junebug color no glitter
By chance where did you get your truck Worm mold from, and thank a lot for the dead on plastic review it works great
Trick worm came from basstackle or BTS..can't remember exactly which one..it's a 6.5" flat worm
Would like to look at your bait options but your link will not load.
Hey Chris....Where did you purchase the fluke mold ?
This one is from angling ai...I also have a great fluke mold from del mart..its not as easy to use as the ai..but both make great flukes.

Hotter plastic has lower viscosity, I believe is what you were searching for.
yep! lol
I think the only thing I would add would be orange or red glitter to the tail. But just my opinion
Yeah orange flake would make it pop even more maybe.
Cool! Do u ever remelt old plastic?
Greetings from Sweden
Yes all the time..remelts make up my personal baits haha...pleasure to have you here!!
Could u make a vid about it or do u have one?
Its very fun to follow, all tho i dont get the tempeture 😉
Agreed that’s what I have always thought about was if it was possible to re-melt them down to use again.

White w/orange tail for salt water
What would it cost to get you to make up some salt water ones white w/orange
why dont you use more chartreuse in your baits?
If I would throw a fluke do I need bullet weights?
Instead of black, I would use white and the belly would just be glitter without any color, and of course the tail would stay orange.
Like the way you think on that one!
Can you make a 6.5 cut tail worm
