  • I used the MyPlasm CNC to run a brushless CNC router to cut foam board! So far it seem to be doing well! Check it out!!

Great series of videos!! Thank you. I’m building a shop this year and one of things I want to build is a plasma table. Your videos have given me a great starting point. Simple, straightforward and easy to use. I love it. I was also wondering about converting it to router but we will see.
Again, thank you for the great videos!! I have saved them as a playlist. 🙂👍🏻

Maybe consider adding Carbide drills (higher speeds) for smaller holes in your Plasma cut jobs or if you need better tolerances providing you can accurately do the positioning offsets. You might need to create the G Code outside MyPlasm in say Fusion 360 to generate peck type Z moves but that might also allow even more options for a play.

This is a very crude setup just to see if it would work.. I have a ton of endmills but none that are 1/8" shank.. I have ordered new collets and a few carbide endmills as well to experiment with. We will see how that goes... I like the idea of using Fusion to generate the G-Code, I may have to try that one! Thanks for the thoughts!!
